Terrible experience.Me and one other car were waiting before they opened for the drive-thru. They opened the windows and just stared at us. No customers at the windows. Never opening the drive thru. The other car parked and went up to the window but I had a sleeping baby in the car so that wasn’t an option for me.Fix this.
I love their frozen custard and when I get my dog an ice cream cup they put a dog biscuit on top. Thank you

Worst experience ever. Terrible, Horrid, Disrespectful service. The woman that opened the window was not friendly. She was rushing me through my order. Also, I thought I was getting Cake Batter Ice when really it was custard. This would have been avoided if they would have properly labeled “Today’s Custard Flavors”. They have the Cake Batter flavor under “Today’s Ice Flavors” which leads me to believe I’m getting ice instead of custard. So when I was given my product, I said I wanted ice. The worker told me that this was custard because the sign was orange. How the hell would I know that orange means custard when I never here until some occasion arises. So, this place should properly label their signage, so the customer can have a good experience at this establishment. Instead you have confusion, which leads to a bad experience, and upset customer.
The young lady that waited on us was very friendly and the treats were delicious.
I love this place. What a great alternative to just getting ice cream. I love the blend of slushie and custard. The flavors are amazing, no skimping here. I usually get a large and can never eat it I one sit, but I do like to savor it. Swedish fish and vanilla custard is my fav.
