Love this location we come a couple times a week but I’m so disappointed in the staff this year. They all have miserable attitudes, the young skinny teen boy with brown hair who wears his hat upside down is awful, and I ordered a concrete last night for the first time and half of my cup was filled. If I’m paying the price (they’ve gone up) I want my moneys worth.
I’ve always loved this Rita’s, but have been unhappy this past year. They raised the prices & lessened their product. They don’t give napkins and one staff wasn’t very nice. Recently, I bought a large custard in a cup, and the cup had a tiny dollop of custard in it. I asked for more and the staff said no. Management or something needs to change!
Ice is always great. I'm not a fan of the app. When I just went and got 3 ices, I was quickly told the total by a young man when I finished planning my order with a young lady. I had my app open for the rewards but was quickly looked to for payment. I mentioned my app as i was getting my chance and was told it's too late, I needed to do that before I pay.
Good custard! The girls who work here are nice but the one short brown haired dude is a weirdo.
I like supporting this local neighborhood Rita's. The teens are always friendly. Prices are reasonable. There is usually enough parking. Has an outside area to sit on the bench and enjoy. I will say that the custard is definitely a satisfying sweet treat BUT...usually made sloppy and unappealing to the eye.
Rita's has gotten more expensive lately but so has everything else and I can't resist a gelati.

Great customer service and selection of ices there should be a restroom available and a hand washing station. There’s room in the upper left corner

Very yummy staff was filled w friendly smiles. And ice cream was so creamy and yummy. Only one issue please repave your parking lot thanks
