We visited this ice cream shop today and had a horrible encounter with the “Ice cream server”. While our ice cream was being topped my Husband asked if caramel could be added to the top. The server replied “NOPE” abruptly. We took it as a joke then he put the cup on the counter and aggressively said “NOPE I’m not joking we make it how we make it” which was absolutely fine if that’s the policy. The problem was the aggression, the tone, and the upfront disregard for customer service. My Husband replied Ok, but you don’t have to speak to us like that, it was just a question. He again replied aggressively “If you don’t like it go to Dairy Queen”. His breathing was labored and you could see him physically trying to keep himself calm. I just don’t understand why he was being that way with us. I was baffled! All because we asked for caramel topping. I hate to say this but I think he was aggressive with us because we are African Americans. We didn’t say anything else and left quietly but as we walked out he gave us a sinister smile. It really breaks my heart to experience this with my children. It was really sad.Reply 07/07/2022: You are blatantly Lying. I don’t understand how you identified my daughter as a friend? She’s in fact a child. You are making assumptions and baseless statements. We ordered with another server while you were assisting the customers in front of us. Nothing was explained when ordering AND THAT IS NO BIG DEAL. No one is going to die because they didn’t get a little caramel on their ice cream. Had you simply said no sir we do not make changes or additions after ordering that would have been fine. There were multiple ways you could have handled that request differently and more professionally. You were upset with us for no reason after we asked you to add caramel topping.The only complaint you heard from us was“ why are you so upset” “why are you being aggressive with us”.I do believe you were aggressive with my family because we are African-American. It does not matter how you identify or who created you….anyone can be racist or prejudice.Take accountability and do better.
Over $18 for a small soft serve sundae and a medium soft serve cone. The cone was big but thought almost $9 was a bit high.
I loved this place when I was little ??? but I honestly want to let you know I read your response from 2 hours ago to the person that left a bad review and I loved your response ??????? they didn't have your ice cream as a kid and it shows?Seriously everybody...you all need to visit here and get a large cone?? if not you're all missing out?♀️
It is a hidden gem of a ice-cream shop. I have been informed that they make their ice-cream combinations on site. I tried the peach cobbler flavor and it made me feel that I was eating a smooth peach cobbler in a cup. Their scoops are decently sized. Deb is great and whips some amazing flavors. Be sure to try if you are at Robinson Town center. I wish that they had more flavors however with the recent staff shortages seems like the shop is being maintained by 2 people, please be patient.
Most unique and tasty ice cream place to come around. Cannot recommend enough. We frequently go here, as the soft serve is delicious. Many different options INCLUDING DOLE WHIP, which is rotated weekly.Great option for a treat!

I was out shopping and came across Remember When as I was parking. I was impressed by the size of a small cone. Also had to order a cup of coffee. Great service, delicious ice cream. The shop is very clean with bright lighting. I will be back.
Might have become my new favorite place to go for soft serve ice cream. My wife and daughter wanted to return the next day.
I love going here, we have been away for a little bit because of the holidays but we would stop at least 1 time a week for a while. When we stopped to day as we walked in they said, "where have you been" I love it! That shows that you that they remember their customers and that is why I am always going to choos over another ice cream place. They give you the family feels there.
