What happened to their customer service?? We were seated, received our drinks, from the food runner, & did not ever get to place our order. Our waitress walked past us at least 5 times, over the couse of 25 minutes, including cashing the tables out on either side of us & then seating herself in the booth behind us.She looked directly at me while waiting on the table to be seated, never saying a word to us! This probably was the last strike for this location. We'll go to the Waterfront or Cranberry. I've worked in the industry and totally understand being short staffed, but not to even acknowledge us... while the menus were piled in the center of the table. Also, the young lady who presumably was a manger cleaned the table off, also never asked if we needed anything in the multiple times passing our table. She looked like miserable, and not very welcoming at all. Nope, sorry Red Robin, go back to the basics of what made it worth the visit. I'm glad we only ordered waters, it was easier to get up and walk out; again walking past our "server" who didn't acknowledge us on the way past her out the door.
It was really good food, I personally had the Chicken Teryaki Sandwhich with Sweet potato fries, it was probably the best Chicken Sandwich I've ever had. The service was excellent as well. The only thing is the Sweet Potato fries were supposed to be bottomless but when I tried to get my second serving of them I was brought regular fries and then when they were correcting it, it took way longer than I expected. I did manage to get the second serving of them, but I had to take them home because they took too long.
Slow getting seated but otherwise good service and great flavor, ample portion dize...
Our son has allergies to peanuts, egg, and milk. This was the first restaurant we found that does not use peanut oil to fry and does not even have peanuts in the building! They were very accommodating of our son's egg and milk allergies and we always go back!
Very disappointed that greeter and server had masks hanging under their chins. No effort to protect me or themselves.
delicious food and wonderful atmosphere
Ordered takeout last night. I asked to please, please put bbq sauce on side for chix sandwich. Had onion rings for one burger & garlic fries for other two, with extra fries on both. Easy enough, right? Person on phone repeated order just as I asked, so I figure there'd be no prob.Get home only to find no onion rings, alright things happen & they were busy. Open other two, & definitely no EXTRA garlic fries. And you pay extra for the onion rings & garlic fries. Only one had garlic fries & we didn't get extra fries- there were only like 10 fries in each. Fries we did were cold. I don't understand that cause I literally live FOUR min away.Worst part tho, I was unable to eat chix sandwich as it was soaked w/BBQ sauce even tho I stressed several times to put it on the sideI feel like half our cost was just wasted. And, as they were busy with alot of take out orders, i felt bad & had even left a 25% tip.Very disappointed Red Robin!
Food was great. Staff was very attentive. I would have given 5 stars but it was so very cold inside. There was cool air blowing. It was so bad we even ask if they could turn up the heat. It didn't really warm anything up but the cool air stopped for at least part of our meal. I would have loved to get a milkshake but I was actually shivering. Other patrons clearly were cold as well.
When this place first open me and my family would go here all the time. However, about a year ago I had a couple of bad experiences with the food and service. I finally decided to go back about 2-3 months ago and again about 2 weeks ago. Both time the food tasted like it used too. The hamburger tasted fresh and it wasn’t dry. Glad they still had the bottomless fries too.
I love this place. I eat very light the day before, of and after my visit but it is well worth it. The Black and Blue burger is a perfect blend of meat (Impossible for me) mushrooms and bleu cheese. It is absolutely a tasty delight of perfection.
