We recently went there again after such a great experience the last time. The sandwiches are filling...so filling both times folks ended up bringing home half of their Nashville Chicken sandwiches! The wait staff is always kind and friendly and patient. They are always ready to answer questions about what is available and what goes together. Delicious frozen sangria too!
Wanted to try a different place for fish sandwich friday, so we tried Puglianos because we like their pizza. Fish sandwich was not so good. It was large but very watery and not very tasteful. North Park is MUCH better, i guess thats why npl was real busy and Pugs was not at all. Also, the bartender, who has been there forever, seemed "annoyed" by us being there, however, 2 other servers were very kind to us. Lose the attitude, because you lost our business. No reason to be like that to customers.
I've been here many times and for the most part thr food is typically good, service good and atmosphere good. My last visit 2.28 was merely ok. Food wasn't great and service was sub par.I gave it a 4 because most of the time it's good
Worst prime rib ever! Nothing but fat. Very hard to chew. Sent it back to the kitchen and they told the server to tell me that what prime rib is. Very disappointed.
I went there for Thanksgiving, they have an excellent buffet during that time and all the food was great. Not only was the food good but the staff was extremely friendly, even the owner took time to talk to all his guests. This is a very nice family restaurant with five star cuisine, I will eat there again and highly recommend this establishment to others.
We were there this afternoon for a quick lunch. I’m sorry to say it was so bad. First we had to search for someone to seat us. Once seated we reviewed the menu and thought that the prices were really high for sandwiches. I ordered the an Italian hoagie and she ordered a chicken sandwich. The restaurant was not crowded , it was lunch time and it took awhile for out sandwiches to arrive . They were cold. They were supposed to be hot and oven cooked. So once we got the servers attention we asked if they could be warmed up. After another long while we got them back, not good. We asked for ketchup and we were given an empty bottle. We asked for more ketchup and were given an equally empty bottle. No one ever asked us how our meal was, checked to refresh our drinks or asked us if we wanted dessert. Both me and my friend have worked in the restaurant business . I was disappointed in the meal and the restaurant . We will never go back. It was $35.00 for two sandwiches. I wouldn’t have minded if they were edible . Don’t waste your time or your hard earned cash.
Made a dry run here for a future event to find various routes to get here. I thought to have lunch. I had the Plum cheese steak. Very juicy with real steak. Spacious and well-lit. Plenty of televisions for sports.
Good food but I don't know what's with the staff they seem to be switching around a lot
My mom, grandma, 8 month old and I went here around 11:30 for lunch and walking in there was no one up front for almost 10 minutes. Eventually my grandma went in the back to let someone know we’ve been standing there. The waitress came up and gave OBVIOUS attitude saying “SORRY I WAS GETTING DRINKS FOR ANOTHER TABLE” she rolled her eyes and said follow me. She could have had a sign up if they were short staffed or busy. She didn’t even wait for us to get to the table before walking away. The waitress came over took our orders which was only pizza and wings. It took sooo long for us to get our order just for it to not be that great. This place has horrible servers and the food is just gross now. Not worth the money.
Great Italy food, I created my own pasta selection, husband got the tour Italy. Good service we sat in the bar side, not too busy for a Weds night
