We ordered takeout at 4:45pm and the online portal said it would be ready at 5:30pm. When we confirmed the order the time changed to 6:30pm for two sandwiches. I drove down to the restaurant at the original time and they said my food would not be ready for another hour. I left and decided to cancel the order and the phone line was never not busy. Be aware that you could have a bait and switch on the wait time and then no way to cancel your order online and the phone line is constantly busy, We gave up and ordered food from another restaurant, losing approximately $30 on the Pirmani's order.
It's been a long time since I stopped at any Primanti's location and I happened to be passing by this one, so decided to stop in. This location emphasizes the bar atmosphere. The music was loud and most of the TVs were tuned to the Golf channel. The place is large and when I got there was mostly serving the dinner crowd that featured families with small children.Being as large as it is, I was taken to a booth right away and the server came by withing a minute or so to take my drink order. Service was quick and professional throughout my meal. I quickly settled on the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and watched the goings-on while waiting for it to be delivered. The wait was not long.When it arrived, it came with a steak knife inserted in the sandwich and a side of natural cut fries. No fork or napkin. the napkin was easy to handle as there was a roll of paper towels on the table, but picking up some of the smaller fries was a bit of a challenge. The sandwich itself was very tasty and done right. Price was right also with the whole meal being less than $10.Good place for this kind of meal and I will make a point of stopping here again in the future.
The food was fine. The personalities of the older workers are horrible. They are not pleasant at all. Shane, our waiter, was very unenthusiastic. There was fried egg on my sandwich which I didn't order and when I told him about it, he just said "Oh" and walked away. If it was a one time experience I wouldn't care. This is the second time I've gone and BOTH times were not good. The young man who brought out the food to our table was very nice and pleasant.
Really good food, wonderful staff, lots of tv’s for sports games. Great adult beverages
Bring back your tots and milkshakes! Incredibly disappointed when we went for dinner tonight and were told that terror tots (one of the reasons that brings us into your restaurant) and milkshakes are no longer available.
Don't order to go. Customer service is awful, not helpful and rude. The app never works correctly either. Food is often missing. If you're not immunocompromised and can eat inside, I'm guessing that would be fine bc waiters/waitresses want a nice tip ?

I stopped here with 3 other adults and 29 middle school kids. This location accommodates us every year. They usually have us on the encloses patio. They had the tables ready with waters and silverware. I had the kids give me their orders a head of time. I gave the waitresses their order. It was a little slower then normal, but even with that we were in and out in about an hr. Food was good, hot, and correct.
I come here often nice place have had great customer service last time we ate inside was the evening of December 6th we were seated towards the back by the bathroom they tried putting 5 adults and a baby in a corner booth did not work! We finally got tables put together and we had the most awful waitress! She was so rude we ordered appetizers everyone got there's mind you they were well over cooked. I asked where my daughter's mozzarella triangles that are appetizers were and she said I didn't know it was an appetizer knowing we ordered them as an appetizer and they were so burnt there was no cheese! All around the place is pretty on point bad chef bad waitress! Well then we go to order out the other day February 8th in the afternoon we were placed on hold for 8 minutes hung up on call again get placed on hold hung up on call again to speak to a manager and it was the same lady hanging up on my husband over 2 times then got smart with him. Going against my better judgement because we eat and order out from here a lot I call again she was nice to me we go get our food get home and it was all wrong! Believe me I love this permanti brothers they have always been amazing ? but there are some bad seeds they need to let go of!
Good food and service. I like it more when we get clean silverware though and the women's bathrooms air freshener isn't so strong it almost sends you into an asthma attack.
