On the corner of Penn Avenue. Great place and atmosphere!

Completely disappointing order from this location today. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to wrap a burger with melting hot cheese directly into a paper wrapper so that the burger was filled with paper that I couldn’t even remove without taking all the cheese off. Not to mention how sloppy the burger was with Mayo. Was someone high when they did this?Got a refund from Grubhub, but do better Primantis. For real.

The bread wasn't quite as fresh as other Primanti's experiences, but still very good! My go to is the pastrami and cheese, highly recommend it.

Order a large catered order and the food was fantastic, ordering was easy and pleasant. I was greeted by nothing but kind voices over the phone as well. Great food and customer service means I will def order again.

What a terrible place. Didn’t deliver my order because they failed to give the driver my complete order. They blame it on DoorDash and DoorDash swears that the complete order was given. Regardless there was zero empathy or help from the management team. They thought a refund was totally a great solution. It’s not. High intelligence levels working the restaurant. No wonder it’s empty all the time. What a joke. Still waiting on my refund. I know computers are hard to navigate. The manager was also very rude and couldn’t possibly care less about this. So profound with her words also. I know that words are also difficult. You’ll get there someday.

Stopped here on a trip across the state into the Pittsburgh area on business. Was fairly empty inside but seemed like the staff was in a very relaxed mode of service. Took a bit to get seated, see a server, and get our food. The food here was as good as the one in Dickson City but not as good as the original in Pittsburgh. It's a bit odd to me as a chain that there are noticeable differences in the food quality from location to location but either way, it was still good. Had the service been better, this would be 4 stars.

They do make it unique sandwich, however it doesn't mean it's a good sandwich. They put fries on their sandwich but they're the worst fries you can get in the entire city. The "Cole slaw" if you can call it that, isn't even real Cole slaw. And to top it all off the meat they use is bland and disgusting. I gave it 3 stars only because of the history, but in reality they make a one star sandwich.

I had given this restaurant a 5 star review 2 years ago. Now? Not so much. Numerous times I’ve gone in, I had to wait absurdly long for food, my food got missed placed because delivery drivers moved / took it, or, I dealt with staff who seemed like they didn’t want to be at work. For mobile order with a pick up time, I should never have to wait 30 minutes longer for food. What really was the kicker for me that was when I last got food at the restaurant, got home, I still found things wrong with it. I don’t understand why this metal bolt was inside my french fries, hidden UNDER the pile of fries. I can’t say whether this was there purposefully or not, but clearly the machinery in the kitchen is falling apart and this is a health hazard. You cannot sell people food with frying equipment inside of it. While I did receive my refund, this still needs to be addressed. Imagine if that metal had ended up in my mouth? I want to give this location another chance, but if there’s one more mishap at this Primanties site, well, there will be a little more to answer to than an online review. — Make sure you check your food thoroughly before you eat from this restaurant.

A must if you’re visiting Pittsburgh. It’s a really fun atmosphere and the staff is generally super friendly. The sandwiches are pretty good, but the fried pickles are my absolute favorite. The sandwiches are pretty big and are packed full of meat.

Very excellent. I’d recommend the original it’s impressive. I had this with IC Light. Very good complement to counterbalance the delish pastrami
