Stopped in on Wednesday night for a quick nightcap at 9:30. I waited 10 minutes, and I realize that the woman saw me and she had no intention of serving me. She was preparing the restaurant to close, moving a bunch of chairs in the dining room. I left such a bummer I always wondered about the spot.
Ordered delivery for a birthday party. After zero communication and 2 hours after the delivery was supposed to be made, I received an email and text saying my order was cancelled and to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant as I was instructed by Door Dash, and the restaurant said I had to call DoorDash. I told the hostess that DoorDash wanted me to call them, and I asked for an explanation. Then she hung up on me. My son’s birthday party was affected, and the guests had their food 2.5 hours late from a different restaurant. My card was charged for the food that I never received, but was refunded. I did have to send messages to the Primanti Bros website and spent about 1 hour of total work to resolve this. The manager of the restaurant called me back and was friendly and professional about explaining and resolving the issue. I appreciate that concern. My current understanding is that the food was picked up by the delivery person but somehow was not delivered. Ultimately, my recommendation would be to order delivery with caution, as it does seem that this was more of a DoorDash/bad delivery person issue rather than an issue with the restaurant.

The deluxe turkey and bacon was delicious. Our waitress was extraordinary, she was there with refills when we needed them. She was fun to talk to while she waiting on us. That is the kind of service that will keep me coming back to the restaurant.
Don’t recommend working here, place is terrible and falling apart. Management can’t get themselves under control and the general manager takes it out on employees as well with firing team players without reason.

I had the bacon cheddar fries and they were absolutely delicious! Then I ordered the original pastrami sandwich and was really looking forward to it but wasn't very happy with it. The tomato on the sandwich was flavorless and mushy and the fries were also mushy and not very fresh. Once I took off the tomato and fries the sandwich became more edible.
I had amazing service from Michelle. She was very aware when I was ready for another drink, extremely friendly and she made sure that my carry out order was correct. Absolutely amazing bartender!!
Chicken wings and service were both great
Got a free sandwich for a Steeler promotion. Paid $6 for 1 beer so it wasn't a great promotion but was still a nice gesture by management. Very Nice atmosphere and service was excellent. Will mis likely return in the future.
