We were very excited to get in without a reservation. Very expensive for a casual bistro atmosphere. I do not have an adventurous palate and don't eat seafood so for me the only choice was steak. I tasted My daughter's beef bourgoinone My steak was good but was $60 and served with very tasty thin French fries. They said the secret to the fries is beef fat mixed with the cooking oil. Anything else cost extra including bread and salad or vegetable. I did enjoy my roasted carrots but I think they were like $12. The French onion soup is definitely remarkable, served in bread with two types of cheese melted thickly on the top. I wasn't impressed with our expensive chocolate mousse. It was like lumpy thick pudding. Our food took a long time to be prepared. Good thing we did not need to hurry off anywhere.

It was our first time but won’t be our last. Everything was great from the food to the drinks to the service. Went with a group of 4 and we all loved our meals. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend ! My boyfriend and I had a fantastic date night here. We recently just returned home from Europe and this place made us feel like we were right back there!

Reservations are required. There is outdoor seating, first floor seating and second floor seating. This was one of my most memorable dining experiences. The menu is a short well-curated list with no possibility for making a bad selection. The dishes have a balanced presentation with plenty of color. The entire meal and setting are an experience. For example, when placing down plates, the servers will orient the plates so that Poulet Bleu is right side up and readable by the guest. For ice cream, they even freeze the dish so that it stays cold longer. All of these details elevate the meal.

Very good French inspired food with tons of flavor. Beautiful plating and presentation. I got the duck and very much enjoyed. Other guests ordered the beef and loved it. Lots of unique options. Cocktails were appropriate for the cuisine and were tasty. Seemed easy enough to find street parking. Inside decor is nice. We sat outside, the feel of it was fine. But I will say the constant buses and utility vehicles passing by with the uneven floors was a bit odd considering the price. But still highly recommend

Good food and good vibe. Duck is extraordinary tender. Chocolate soufflé is a must-try.

We had a great time at the outdoor dinning area. Both onion soup and duck confit are a bit salty for us, which I won’t recommend to everyone. But you should definitely try their signature dessert and burger.

My wife and I are on a quest to experience the best restaurants in the Pittsburgh area, and of course - this made the list by numerous recommendations. The duck was truly incredible. The skin was more like an incredible crust - full of flavor but still melted in my mouth.Escargot was very well done, as expected.Steak tartar, I have had better elsewhere (Eddie v's comes to mind) but still a fine experience.Honestly, left little to be desired. Truly a pleasure and will be back.

The cocktails are creative and every plate on the menu is a treat. We particularly enjoyed the Cheese Plate and Duck Confit. The staff is helpful and attentive. We will return.
