I only get the popcorn shrimp. I KNOW it came in a larger dish than the little 1/4 lb. The package never was a little box with a lid. It was a boat looking tray.I picked the combo but yet was charged $2 for slaw. My boyfriend got a 3 piece chicken, fries and drink and was charged for everything extra.My shrimp was good yes but it was NOT $10.99 good. For a handful of shrimp, I think my visits here are done.Our order came to $28 and change.... way way way over priced.The bathroom doors don't shut.The tables were sticky and crumbs everywhere.Floors were spotted with whatever spilled on them.Definitely pass on this location if you go to eat in though. Not your job to clean the table and chairs before you sit down.
Service was great, accuracy was great, speed was great. I ordered a lot of food and was amazed to see everything I ordered was there. Coming from a common Popeyes area, I’m used to the awesome food. Everything good comes from the way the employees do their jobs. This crew was doing a great job as it showed in the quality of the food. Very happy with my visit to this new Popeyes. You should all try it. You won’t regret it
they don't do the $1 side happy hour if you order in person
Watched this place sell out of fish sandwiches after I had ordered mine. Completely unorganized. I don’t know what the deal is with Popeyes locations. No accountability. Walking around aimlessly as if they hate their job. Always running out of food and can never keep a line down. Ridiculous. Popeyes chicken is not worth the frustration this new Robinson branch brings. Wish I could negative star it, ill have KFC next time.
I ate lunch at this Popeye location last week and was very let down. My 2 pieces of chicken looked and tasted like relics from Pompeii! The 2 puces were way over cooked. The pile of chicken behind the counter looked like they too were pulled out of lava! Come on...you gotta do better than this to survive here!
I really liked it a lot. Best fast food I've had in forever. Spicy chicken sandwich with red beans and rice and an apple pie, everything was delicious. Also have to mention I went through the drive thru on Sunday at 4pm or so and it took about 5-6 minutes. The person who took the order was also fantastic, I was told it was the manager. Definitely be back soon, great job guys!
Sweet tea is the best sweet tea I've ever had! Food was good, you get a good amount of food for a good price. I would recommend checking out the menu online and know what you want before going. It's a fairly new place, don't be rude or refuse to pull forward when asked they're just trying to get people through the line as it does get really busy.
First time ever having popeyes.. I've tried to eat it in Las Vegas multiple times in South side of Pittsburgh and never gotten food from them... today the robinson location had food wasn't crazy busy either. Food was ok I don't see how their sandwich is competing with Chick fil a because it wasn't better or anything to ride home about. However I'm thrilled I got to try their food
I love Popeyes but this location is easily one of the worst locations I have been to. First off service is very slow and the workers are the worst. My first time at this location my fries were just throw in the bottom of the bag (no box) with the rest of my order sitting on top of them so they were cold by the time I ate them. Also I ordered a sweet tea and they gave me a soda with no ice. Then for some reason I decided to go back to this location. This time I ordered some chicken sandwich meals and the sandwiches were just thrown in the bag(they were not wrapped) also they were cold. Would 100% give this place 0 stars if I could. It’s sad because Popeyes is one of my favorite fast food places and this location was convenient for me. Will definitely not be back for a long time. I recommend staying away from this location.
This location is very very busy. Usually a line for the drive thru that wraps around the building. With that said, I've always had a very friendly service and my order is always right. Love the chicken so I don't mind the wait. Just know chances are you'll wait around 15 to 20 minutes is the norm.
