Awls I know is they cleaned up the place pretty good the food is excellent everything is nice and clean the people are very nice and mannerly the owner is very nice we had a very good experience and I can’t wait to go back I am tell everybody in my town I am glad nice now it wasn’t before
I had the 3 pc meal. The chicken was great- the breast was so tender and moist, the red beans & rice were delicious as always and I tried the Mac & cheese and found it great too. Will definitely be back
I try not to leave bad reviews but this one is deserved. Our entire order was wrong - spicy chicken instead of mild, mashed potatoes instead of fries, biscuits were missing, straw and plasticware missing. But I'm not surprised because an employee in the parking lot (can only assume a manager) was yelling at the drive-thru staff to "work the line" and "hurry up". Just super unprofessional.
I never write reviews, but I’m fed up at this point. I have had all bad experiences with this location. This will be my very last time coming here. Order is never right! I’m glad I looked in my bag because I was missing an order of chicken tenders and the sauces weren’t in the bag, mind you the tenders they quickly gave me looked old and so does this chicken sandwich. Popeyes cost way too much for the food to not be better quality and the service as well.
Worst location of Popeye's I've ever been to. This location wasn't accepting online orders. Both Google and the hours on the door state the dining room is open until 10 pm. But after running to both doors in the pouring rain, they were locked (note that this was 8:30 pm on a Tuesday). I get in my car again and get on the drive-through line. The employee tells me they don't have enough chicken cooked for an 8-piece... that it will be over a 10-minute wait. I would have waited, but she said it in a dismissive way, and I was already frustrated with this Popeye's location, and I was soaking wet from trying to get inside to read the menu.Totally unimpressed with this Popeye's, and Popeye's corporate to allow this location to operate this way.Skip Popeye's. If you can find Chick-Fil-A or Royal Farms. Much better chicken options (and clearly better management).
Worst Popeyes in Pittsburgh. Don't watch a commercial at 2:30, drive 30 min. No Schimp. Went last week, ordered 2, 5.00 boxes as advertised.all out. Got 2 two piece meal& mac cheese. 29.00. Never see or or friends again
CHECK YOUR ORDER, before leaving drive thru. Got half my order. No way to call store because number online has a recorded message that tells callers number is not in service. Paid over $24 for 6 wings and 3 biscuits with red beans and rice only. Some of chicken wings had no flat part but only the drum of the chicken. Biscuits are very hard and crunchy.
I waited a half hour in line. Drive thru speaker right next to highway. Can't hear anything. So you have to order at window. When i.pulled up an an employee was eating her lunch w mask down in kitchen.i was charged 4 dollars for extra pickles. And then you go to pull off and dumpster directly in front of you in way.chicken sandwich was thrown together.it was tasty.im just keeping it real.
I love popeyes food but anytime i come to this location something goes wrong. Either from missing items, bad service and waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru time. Last night i stopped by after a long day of work and all i wanted was a sandwich and fries. When i got home i had a old sandwich that tasted like it was sitting there for about an hour and instead of my fries they gave me mash. I will not be back to this location
Food is mediocre at best. Visits here are hit or miss. There are days its half decent, and there are days where you are waiting in line for 45 mins. Either way you are almost better off taking the drive to Youngstown OH, to get decent food.
