Subpar chicken, lazy, unmotivated employees, restaurant smells great, but an average wait time of 30 minutes and the high price doesn't make this worth the trouble. Last time I came here I had to refund my meal after it took longer than my lunch break to get a sandwich and mac and cheese together. Just go to any of the other restaurants in walking distance.
Ordered online. Once there, cashier advised everyone, including online and Uber, that they had to wait in line. Only filling orders once you’ve arrived. Cashier was barely pleasant. Only seen three employees working. All were moving exceptionally slow and visibly disgusted. Cook did have most trays full of food ready. Uniforms were clean. Restaurant was generally clean. Chicken sandwich was crispy and good. Fish sandwich was a bit mushy but flavor was good. Chicken tenders were also not very crispy. Suspect fish and tenders were out to long. Overall, a typical experience from most fast food places at this time. This particular store has had issues since pre-Covid however.
Waste of time. Ordered thru pickup on DoorDash and when I arrived the cashier told me they didn’t see my order in the system even thou the store confirmed it. After that mishap I was informed, they were “sold out” of macaroni and I could get another side I wanted. Then the additional part of my order, they were “sold out” of biscuits. And could substitute apple pie. I immediately wanted my refund. So I drove out to: one, not have my order “ready” and was lost in the system. Two, no Mac or biscuits. Main parts of my order. What ever happened to calling if MULTIPLE ITEMS were unavailable. Considering I would’ve just paid for chicken and replacements. And no one wants those horrid apple pies over biscuits anyways. Never again ?
Service was slow and i got overcharged for the shrimp tacklebox it was supposed to be 6.99 i got charged 9.99 not to mention they gave me spicy shrimp so i had to throw all away. Thanks for that. The classic chicken sandwich though was excellent I'd go back just for that
Got in, ordered my meal and got my food less than 2 mins! Very rare here but I got lucky today. And the girl that was taking orders at 7:30pm 02/18/22, I heard her being a leader on the floor telling the cooks to drop wings, low on such and such items, keeping up with the food count, good for her! Now it’s time to taste the food, everything was good but I wonder how long do they wait until changing the dryer grease, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t fresh either.
I was there on 2/25/2022 and the girl with the orange hair tie on the register was so rude and unprofessional she should be in the back washing dishes only!!! And the bald-headed manager has no control over his store and let's the workers just stand around looking stupid. But I love the food!!!
Firstly, I don’t leave reviews… ever, but as I sit in this line… the crew is yelling and cussing at each other. People are just standing here. I know it’s hard to get people to work these days but… they are legit fighting! In the middle of taking this guys order… she walks away. I’m baffled this place is open… let alone functioning. … 10 mins later the person at the register has still not returned and this line is only growing. This place needs new management or shut it down
Nothing fast about this food. I'm not sure where the breakdown happens. I think many of these restaurants starting taking delivery/online orders and didn't implement adequate processes and people. Bogs it all down. The poor employees look defeated and exhausted.
Just absolutely disgusting. People working with mouth full of food. No one washes hands and NO MASKS. I don't think they care about the PANDEMIC at all. Definitely has gone down hill.
Ordered food for a small portion of our team had delivered through doordash, took a very long time for the food to be prepared, and when the food arrived only about 1/3 of the food was actually there and the stuff that did arrive was mostly wrong. When we tried calling the location they repeatedly hung up. Don’t recommend
