I was at Pizza Roma on June 22 with my husband and a friend. We had your buffet which was excellent. Your pizza is out of sight. Fantastic, along with the price. We will definitely be back. It's a 40 minute drive, but well worth it. I can't stop gushing about the buffet.

This place has been open since the 1970s and it’s easy to see why! The food was awesome! I love that there is a separate entry for takeout orders so you can slip in and out quickly. My order was correct, and hot. I loved the Buffalo chicken pizza, and actually snacked on it for a second night because I liked it more than what i ordered from another restaurant. After my visit I learned from a local about the history of the business which made it that much cooler. Apparently, it was originally owned by mob bosses and police would come in at times and arrest the staff, the restaurant would be closed for a few days, then open again once the staff had been bailed out. Definitely worth the try for an authentic taste of Pittsburgh!

While attempting to have a nice family dinner we were rudely interrupted by a graduation party. Now we understand it it suppose to be a fun event but these people were basically standing directly behind us screaming and yelling pretty much in our ears. The noise level got so loud that eventually we couldn’t even hear the person sitting directly next to us. While our waitress was nowhere to be found, I asked a young man folding pizza boxes to get the manager for us. Instead we were rudely greeted by a 17 year old waitress with a bad bleach job who I believe is named Katie? After expressing our concerns about the noise level, not only did “katie” seem uninterested and bothered by having to speak to us. She offered no solution other than moving us to an outside table after we already had our food and drinks. She then said “I’ll see what I can do” and stormed off. What she could do was apparently nothing but hide in the kitchen. No one returned to us besides to take our money. Upon leaving I noticed Katie was the waitress for the graduation so it’s no surprise she prioritized her tips over everything else. I’m still completely surprised we never saw a real manager.

This is a cute little restaurant and bar with good food. The wedding soup was very tasty, the fried mushrooms were done well, and the pizza is quite good (The sauce is not too sweet, not too tart. The crust is good. The toppings are the right amount.). The wait staff are friendly and efficient. And the food came out fairly fast. The cost was reasonable. We took my friend there for her birthday dinner, and she loved it. Great place to take your family and friends.

We held my sisters baby shower at Pizza Roma this past weekend and I cannot say enough good things about our experience!! We used one of their banquet rooms which was beautiful, and a perfect size for our group. Working with Jean Marie was a dream come true- organized, helpful, friendly, flexible, and easily accessible despite how busy she always is. The service was top notch- we were a huge group and the staff was on top of everything we could possibly need. And the FOOD- absolutely outstanding!! Our group couldn’t stop talking about how excellent each dish was… not to mention those garlic knots are just to die for. We would absolutely use Pizza Roma again for another event in the future- 10/10 would recommend!!! Thanks again for an awesome weekend!

We were very pleased with everything ! Everyone was truly wonderful. The girls worked extremely hard. They had all 55 dinners out in 30 minutes. The food was excellent ! I'm sure we will be using Pizza Roma again.

Sat at the bar, the service was amazing. The pasta carbonara was perfect. Thick, creamy, not over cooked. Excellent!

Had the lunch buffet which has a small selection of pizza options but always has a pasta or main course entree that is different each day and limited salad option. Can't beat the price and staff is always friendly.

Want to give a SHOUTOUT! to the Pizza Roma restaurant for making my Daughters 30th birthday a wonderful event. The food was outstanding and the service even better. We had a party of 17 and the staff took excellent care off from the moment we walked in the door. If you are searching for some really good pizza I would suggest you give Pizza Roma a try, you won't be disappointed. :-)

A real lunch time gem. Lunch buffet features a soup, salad bar which is small but just enough, 2 types of pizza, a hot entree, vegetable and starch, bread and assorted cookies/brownies. Short staffed for waitress but the girls that are there are hard workers! Perfect for quick bite!
