idk what's going on with this exact piada store, last time I ordered take out with chicken and there was no protein. I didn't say a thing cuz I thought it's understandable that people make mistakes. BUT! this time I got a buch of shattered spaghetti. I had at least 100 times of piada, why this store and this one only is troublesome??

Amazing taste, healthy and diverse range of toppings found nowhere else --- artichokes, sweet potatoes, hummus, zucchini and more [you can add upto 8 on build your own piadas/pastas as well as atop the on-menu ones]. Even the protein choices are so diverse --- grilled chicken, spicy chicken, salmon and even kalamari!...They also have super friendly customer deals offers and promotions --- do install their app!

Kudos to the team working in this store for working in truly unbearable working conditions. The thermostat reads 93 degrees at 850pm on the hottest day of the year. The team working is doing an amazing job and our food was excellent. Service was also great. But someone from corporate or management needs to address the broken air conditioner that has apparently been broken for months. How is this store even open?!Holy moly!!!

Ordered on Door Dash. The “Italian sausage” was exactly what Pizza Hut uses. Alfredo was watery and pesto had no taste. Pasta was way over cooked. Unfortunately, nothing good to say.

I went in for lunch today. There were 3 people in line in front of me and about 8-10 employees working. It took the employees over 20 minutes to address the first customer and take their order. The employees were so focused on their online orders they ignored those of us standing right in front of them. This is inexcusable. It’s not hard to have dedicated staff to online orders and dedicated staff to the customers in line in front of them, especially with that many people working. This was a huge waste of time and terrible customer service.

The food is ok and decently priced. I was really disappointed that as I went to order calamari they yelled that they were out and as they saw the look of disappointment on my face they said no, we have some. When I got home (assuming my stapled bag had my complete order including calamari), I felt hoodwinked by the staff not including the one that thing they didn't have then did have and forgot to put in my bag. I might go back but it definitely is not my first choice. Not the best first impression at all.

I've had the Alfredo penne, adding the spicy chicken and some pesto twice so far. I am in love with the place! They also have fresh-made juices and -ades that are delicious, as well as some delicious desserts. The main complaint that I've seen, if any, is that chicken, ham, or beef is overcooked. There's two valid responses to that. 1. Many items say "blackened" on the menu. This gives the appearance of overdone, but in fact is just spices. 2. Recently, the CDC has (thankfully) identified illnesses (that are found EVERYWHERE). Because of that, restaurants are required to cook food hotter and longer to eliminate possible contaminates. I PERSONALLY think that's a good thing.

I absolutely love the food at Piada. I ordered a Basil Pesto Penne Pasta. The Pasta came mixed with an equal proportion of the Parmesan Alfredo sauce and Basil Pesto Sauce. It was garnished with parmesan cheese and your choice of protein. The taste was awesome. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Piada and would recommend it to anyone.

I had one of the wraps with meatballs. It was fine. Service was ok. This specific location is really a take out kind of spot. They have a few tables, but they're tiny and cramped together.

My boyfriend is a door dash driver they gave him them the wrong order after showing him his phone so he took the order dropped it off to a customer and this customer physically looked through the bag and realized it wasn’t his order so my boyfriend takes the order back to the place only to take the order back and not even seconds later hand it off to another customer. This is the east liberty location
