Italian Salad Wraps

Every time I get food from here, it’s quality is different and today was the last straw for me. The chicken in my wrap was burnt and for someone who likes spicy, was so spicy that the wrap was inedible. The crispy calamari was no where near crispy, I barely had any peppers with it, and it lacked any flavor. Not giving them my money again.

My food is always great and prepared in a relatively timely fashion. The wait times can be pretty extreme sometimes, depending on the time of day, but are very good overall. Staff is always friendly and helpful too.

The food was very good but just pretty pricey. The regular is a substantial size and great for dinner! I got the diavolo sauce and it was great. It is like a mildly spicy vodka sauce. I would highly suggest this place if you are okay with paying a little extra.

At the Panera in North hills. Made on-line order while in line. By the time I got to the counter it should’ve ready. I was told no and they had other tickets before mine. Worst service ever. Either hire more people or fix the on-line. We’re done

The pasta here was not great at all. It wasn't al dente and rather cold. It was so chewy my toddler used it to relieve his teething pain! The piadas were good. We ordered the chef's special and Mediterranean and both were decent.

The food was sloppy-asked for bow tie pasta with chicken and spinach. Order contained spaghetti noodles n bow tie pasta and three leaves of spinach. Restaurant could also be cleaner. This is no comparison to the one in Texas. Will try the location near Bloomfield, PA.

I went in for lunch today. There were 3 people in line in front of me and about 8-10 employees working. It took the employees over 20 minutes to address the first customer and take their order. The employees were so focused on their online orders they ignored those of us standing right in front of them. This is inexcusable. It’s not hard to have dedicated staff to online orders and dedicated staff to the customers in line in front of them, especially with that many people working. This was a huge waste of time and terrible customer service.

Great place, food is really good amd reasonable price. Liked their service

Authentic Italian food with good taste. Could have included more vegetarian options for sure. I was disappointed they have no veggie protein options. Portion sizes are okay but can be bigger.

Just this past weekend...looking for a decent, quick meal for our return trip after dropping off our Pitt student, we ordered on line. The order was supposed to be done in 20 minutes. When we arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later and asked about our order because it wasn't on the pick-up shelves, the slowest moving worker anywhere went looking and found it on the floor. It had wet spots! It looked clearly like it had been there for the whole time. Her reaction: “You have to wait for me to do the orders of the people here in line…” No "sorry", or anything of the sort. When I asked her to cancel the order, her response: "you have to wait until I do..." Again, no "sorry" or anything like that. The icing on the cake? The manager chimed in: "He hasn't been here for 30 minutes, so why is he complaining?" Someone needs to explain the concept of ‘ordering ahead’ to her. She clearly thinks that it only has to do with the customer paying in advance and nothing else. The only explanation for such absolute, uncompromising rudeness: They must be so totally used to abusing the kids from the university just two streets over that they have forgotten what customer service means. It is very likely that this manager's policy is to make the students wait 30 minutes in the store even if they ordered ahead. The sad truth is that when we went there last summer, the people at this branch were so professional and friendly!! Now they seem to purposefully hire only rude, obnoxious people who have never known what customer service means. Even the worker who came in for what looked like the start of his shift was looking grumpy. They desperately need a visit from an Undercover Boss -- or better yet, make changes at the top ASAP and retrain everyone else.
