The food was pretty good, however the restaurant was not in great shape. Very dirty and a 3 of the 5 employees I saw were not in any hurry to come out to the dining area/beverage bar to stock, clean tables, or change both overflowing trash cans. They seemed fairly staffed for the volume of business(only 3-5 customers the entire time we were there), so this wasnt a "they're getting their butts kicked and short staffed" type of situation. Im sure its in better condition when a stronger manager is present.
This food is awesome! It is different than the same old other food that I have to eat. The food is very flavorful and fresh. The wait can be long after you order your food but well worth the wait.
Absolute garbage. The food was cold, they used extremely too much sauce, and the tortilla it was wrapped up in was stale. Any idiot can tell when the tortilla is cracking upon rolling it is stale, but these touched workers didn't seem to pick up on that...oh and they forgot an item, grant it only was a cookie, but it is not very difficult to read a receipt and check a bag. Not only will I never patron their establishment again, I will highly encourage anybody else from going there as well.
Piada is a casual chain restaurant that sells Italian street food, including piada wraps, salads, and pastas. For the create-your-own bowls, customers can add proteins such as chicken, sausage, salmon, steak, and meatballs as well as various toppings, sauces, and dressings. The cost of each entree was only about several dollars. My favorite entrees were the BLT piada wrap, the Caesar salad with salmon, the carbonara pasta with meatballs, and the Power Bowl with grains and vegetables. The employees’ job performance has been fairly good.
My husband and I had lunch today at the new Robinson Township location. The food was outstanding and service was above and beyond. I found my new favorite salad spot (FINALLY)!! My husband had the lobster bisque and he said it’s a must try. Chef Matt is the best!!
Wow. This was truly an amazing experience! VA and my girlfriend are looking for a place to eat, and we walked into this place. I’ve never been more amazed by the hospitality, customer, service, and the quality of food Piada provides. Thank you for making my day!
OK, I was skeptical, Italian Street food? Well I am a fan now! What refreshing change from the boring lunch! I got the BLT wrap with crunchy chicken. Amazing! I also got the Penne pasta with Italian sausage. It reminded me of Nannas Sunday dinner. You will not be disappointed! They are learning... So be patient!
Great crew here- today they were dealing with short staffing, massive online orders, and rude Karens in line. Amazing how awful people can act to others who are providing a service to them- these guys still acted with professionalism despite the crowd
The manager, Sarah (apologies if it's misspelled) is awesome. I had an issue with my order (not the store's fault at all) and she went above and beyond to make it right. Excellent customer service!
Food was great. However, it was a problem that I asked for my bowl to be sautéed, a problem I asked questions and wanting to be served overall. The Chef was very rude and had a very negative appearance (not just with me, but the family behind me as well). This is my 2nd Piada experience (and different location). I will not be returning… Give employment to those that want to work and greatful to be working~
