Best sandwich shop. Period.
Ordered 3 different cheesesteaks, everybody loved them. Better than anything I can get back home!There is no eating at the restaurant due to COVID and the restrooms are out of order. Everything was very straightforward: come in, order food, get out. Last order goes in at 7:30 PM.Normally I would knock off a point for the interior but the food was so good it doesn't matter.
Meh, it's Peppi's. Pretty good but nothing to shake a stick at. No indoor dining, only takeout here. Not what it once was.

We used to place regular orders here but our last order my hoagie was burnt and the chicken salad taste weird and this was the 2nd time that thing tasted weird but we ordered again and we gave them another chance to see if maybe it was just a bad day "this day. Upon calling speaking to someone who had poor customer service and was quite rude told us that if we do not come back the same day or the next that he could do nothing beyond that.what happened to customer service and you make sure that the order is right the 1st time and actually giving the customer something for having to come back and waste your time coming back twice it was beyond ridiculous that's to tell a customer and give them an ultimatum of today or tomorrow and that's it we stopped going here completely

Bread is great. Italian sub kinda slim on the ingredients. Hamburger okay, not a lot of flavor. Sack of fries enough for two, grease could be changed in the fryer.
Sandwich was good, I would have liked to sit down.
The greasiest, dingiest, most cramped little sandwich shop that you will be absolutely ecstatic to be in. Absolutely phenomenal and uniquely Pittsburgh sandwiches. Not for the faint of heart or anyone on a diet, but filling and satisfying in a way few other establishments can match. Highly recommend trying at least once.
We walked around the strip for a few hours and got so hungry. Looking for food was tough a lot of the restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and the others were short staffed and had a long waits. We stood online and paid for our pizza cheesesteak and sausage and pepper hero both with provolone cheese. We enjoyed water from the tap and the clean restroom while we waited. The sandwiches we’re oversize bread and nothing to write home about.
