Sandwich was good. Workers were friendly and appreciative of the customers. I got the cheesesteak and they layed it opened and flat to melt the cheese in the oven. I did not like that at all. When I closed the sandwich to eat it the bread broke and some of the meat fell out. Bad procedure on their part.
They use a lot of mayo on their sandos, so you may want to request light mayo. Otherwise the sandos are pretty good. However, their cookies; OMG, dangerously the best ever! The staff is super nice.
great food awesome people
Average experience. Staff was arguing in front of us and the person who rang us out seemed to not want to be there and had a bad attitude. Also the sandwiches we got were so small. 12 dollars for a sandwich that's 3 inches tall? Not good.
Didnt try the food yet. Customer Service is seriously lacking. The guy that takes your order has a serious chip on his shoulder. He hates his job more than any one! Some body give that guy a hug or a day off.
Good subs & fries. Fresh & hearty. Ordered the Classic Italian & the Dagwood wrap. Happy with the order. Fries were great too.
Since arbys doesn't have friend foods, I go here a lot. Would give yall a 5 but the females that work here have rude attitudes.
I called 5 times to see if I could place an order over the phone, each call was answered and then hung up. We drove to the location, walked in at 7:04pm and stood at the counter being IGNORED completely . Two people working and neither of them spoke or even acknowledged us. After 5 minutes of standing there we left because they acted like we weren’t there and they didn’t even close for a whole 56 minutes. I’ve worked for Penn Station before and would have never got away with that at the location I was at . Absolutely horrible customer service .
What I ordered was very tasty and fresh. The service was really nice. The Chef's name was John that made my sandwich. He gave me my sandwich and Drink at no cost to me. He said it was his choice to do it. I put my money in the tip jar instead. I enjoyed eating here. I would recommend Penn Station East Coast Subs to anyone who likes good sub sandwiches at a good price. Keep up the good work John. God Bless Y'all.
I mean they have good sandwiches, but idk just with my experience, the people there seem very agitated. It also takes forever to make just one sandwich. There were 2 people ahead of me and it took like 40 minutes for them to make it
