Manager at Penn center has the attitude of a 13 year old privileged spoiled brat, rolling her eyes, throwing things, walks around miserable. Never welcomes you or thanks you for coming. Most likely can't keep staff because nobody wants to work with such a miserable manager.

Good service.Good food.

I love Panera, I've ordered from there for as long as I've worked in the area. Everything but the salads are awesome. The salads are all lettuce, I ordered a Greek salad with extra fetta, paid 99 cents for it and expected extra feta, it really wasn't worth the 99 cents for a few extra crumbles. The salad was sad, it had 4 olives, 1 piece of cucumber that I could find and I guess 2 pepperonchini count as extra? Honestly not sure, but that really does make a sad salad, especially when you only get 30 minutes for lunch and can't afford to come back to ask if this is the actual portion size for things, just kinds of have to deal with it or don't get a lunch break. I'm sure the employees are following protocols, but corporate could do better with the salads, I'd be happy to pay 12-13 dollars for a salad with a reasonable amount of ingredients. Everything else I get is wonderful through and the employees are very nice.

Slow service, even though Noone is here. The guy at register is chomping his gum full mouth open...

The food here tastes like over-priced, reheated cafeteria food. They gave me stale baguettes with my order and I didn't go there anywhere close to closing time.

Panera has evolved to a big rip off. Prices way too high for what you get, food quality decreasing, smaller serving sizes, unprofessional and indifferent customer service. Repeated bad experiences. Not sure why went back, but no more... my last visit is summarized below. I ordered Pick 2, Half a Steak (extra meat) and Cheese sandwich with Chile bowl. The price was over $16... the sandwich had 3 tiny strips of steak; you needed a strainer to find any meat, etc. in the Chile. When I showed the manager the half sandwich I received, his solution was to offer me my money back, if I returned the sandwich; just so he could throw it away.

Great food just a bit pricey.

There is another Panera nearby and their food is much better. My salad had brown lettuce here and my chicken was ice cold. Staff was perfect!!

Food was not good. Had sausage, cheese, egg sandwich ?. Service was slow.

It's Panera, you know what to expect. It was clean. Not crowded when when I was there
