We do not live around here but babysit in the area once a week. On that day we (many times) order from this Panera. There has never been a correct order in the past couple of yrs! Each time something major is missing or incorrect. We have never said anything because we realize with the pandemic and help shortages, times have been tough.Today I was missing the soup of my You-Pick-Two. It was clearly written on the receipt that it was in the bag but it was NOT included.I have had enough of their ineptness at this Panera and finally called to speak to a manager. His response was “I hear you ma’am”. No apology or offer to replace the soup, etc. My guess is he gets these calls daily from viewing their rating.Going forward on babysitting days we’ll be driving partway home and frequenting the Panera in Oakmont where they are efficient and if a rare mistake is made they make sure to compensate for it.

I really need to learn to check my order thoroughly before leaving. Every single time something is missing or wrong. This morning on my way to work I ordered a bagel with. Team cheese and a HOT caramel latte. My bagel wasn’t toasted or even sliced! And my hot coffee was warm at best. The only reason I keep coming back is because there isn’t much on my way to work.

Not sure what the issue is at this location. There has consistently been an issue with my order, made incorrectly, wrong items, or they are out of ingredients. In addition, the drive through is extremely slow. Avg time has been 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Then, when the order is finally placed I’m asked to pull into a parking spot to wait another 10 minutes. They are going to lose a lot of business this way.

This location frustrates me every time! The service is slow and less than it should be. You have to ask for everything that should be readily available:Preferred coffee always seems to be out. Have to ask for milk but ALMOND milk is a ready option. Asked for coffee mug and kid had to go search. Asked for a receipt which I was told was not possible since the tape was out. Sloppy packaging of bakery items (icing outside the bag and cinnamon roll thrown in upside down. Didn’t they previously put these things in boxes?). It’s too pricey to offer such poor quality of service.

This is the absolute worst Panera. Everytime I go the staff are always nasty, rude and completely unprofessional. I stop going then try it again only to be disappointed again and again. This time, I stood at the desk waiting to order an iced tea for 10 minutes. A kid was behind the bakery and watched as I stood there waiting. Some one came in and walked up to the bakery and he took their order immediately. I asked him why I stood there waiting to order while he completely ignored me… he said I should have walked up to the other register if I wanted to order. Seriously?! Never greeted, completely ignored for 10 min and then never apologized to. I don’t understand how the managers allow such unprofessional behavior across the board. I didn’t mind waiting because I understand short staffing and being busy, but this wasn’t the case at all.

This company was HORRID throughout the Covid SCAM. Let's shut it down like only the Patriots can! The ones who have wronged us will never be able to walk down the street. WE DON'T FORGET!

Worst Panera ever. I will never eat here again they messed up my order at the drive in. When I got home I realized I was missing a sandwich and when I called the rude lady Nia that works there just laughed about how they left it on the counter. So mean! Their salads are the worst, rotten lettuce and one time I got one that was half frozen. I will never eat here again.

It took forever and the order was wrong. We asked for a BLT and got a Mayo, chicken, and avocado BLT. Our exact words were “just a BLT.”

Service was pretty quick and the food was prepared to order per my modifications. We did have to wipe down the table we sat at because it didn't appear that anyone was attending to the dining room. I was able to grab a sanitizer wipe from behind the front counter. I would have asked but there wasn't anyone attending the registers after waiting for a minute.Overall it won't deter us from visiting again but it would be nice if the manager was more focused or had staff more focused on the dining room cleanliness instead of being back in the kitchen.

Panerai is good but expensive. The coffee plan they have is great if you drink more than 3 cups a week. I wont go to Starbucks anymore. The little egg dishes that Panera has are good but loaded with sodium. If panera had more healthy egg dishes I'd grab breakfast their more often.
