Wasn't impressed. Staff was inattentive and couldn't understand simple requests. Cook staff were too busy talking to pay adequate attention to providing the meal. Examples: Poppy seed w chicken came w/o chicken; they set the meal up when it was ready but didn't bother to call out so we knew it was ready; the "style" chicken sandwich was no better than something frozen from the grocery store; counter person couldn't understand the request two slice the bagels "bread style". Would no go back here and it has caused me, once again, to move Panera to the bottom of my list.
Went to here for the first time and they were not busy at all when we got there. We paid for our food and had issues finding cups and lids. I ordered a sandwich and put no onions due to an allergy. Got my sandwich it had onions on it. When we informed them about my allergy the girl was nice she explained that onions sit next to the food I ordered and it seemed like all they did was take the onions off. The reason I say this is because the food sat the exact way it was when i received it the first time. The second half of my sandwich had no chicken salad on it. Just tomato and lettuce. The floor was dirty and there was no pagers for us to take. We had issues with hearing them call our name.
Honestly I don't care for Panera. First things first though, I'm just not a fan of the food. So I would only give 3 stars. But I took away one because of this particular location. It seemed like the people here didn't care. Cups and lids were missing for drinks and part of our order was messed up. But the biggest thing was a particular ingredient for our food. My partner has an allergy to red onions. When we received our sandwich, we both could notice them on there, despite ordering it without them. After bringing it back to the kitchen, they claimed no guarantee of avoiding red onions because of cross contamination. Okay. But then it seemed like they just wiped off the sandwich and gave it back. It was an overall bad experience with staff that didn't seem to care and food that certainly wasn't worth the time or money.
When in doubt, Panera it out. Why? Quality ingredients, reliable menu and the location is always clean. Enough said.Bacon Turkey Bravo with French Onion Soup - Name a better Pick2 combo in your own review!Stay friendly, stay eating well. Find more of my content on Instagram @eatingwithbrogan
Great place for a good hot bowel of soup and coffee.
I’ve been here a couple of times and the workers and the managers are very nice and helpful!! Also the food was always warm and good :)
get the iced coffee with no ice; the hot coffee’s not good at this location.
I usually get the mediterranean sandwich and it is very tasty, but one time I got it and there was no whatever kind of stuff they use on the bread and wasn't there, very disappointed.
Sadly the Mac and Cheese was cold and the Steak sandwich was barely warm. I can look beyond the tables needing wiped and the restroom not smelling very nice due to lack of employees, yet cold food is a turn off. As far as corporate is concerned, the portions are very small.
The steak and cheese was gross they put some nasty sauce on it I thought it came with just stake and cheese. My girlfriend did don't like her bread bowl either. But the bag of chips and Dr pepper was worth the 25 plus 5 dollar tip because I got to sit down and spend time with my girl.
