The same setup & operation as every other Panera, which is a good thing, although there is no outside seating. Food is good but a little extensive, tea selection is great, coffee is good, and the staff is very nice.
Always clean, uses fresh ingredients and has pleasant employees who are happy to assist.
Doing their best despite getting hammered around dinnertime! My only gripe is they were out of a lot of stuff, but that's not the staff's fault, and that my french onion soup had a lid that wasn't quite closed properly, so there was some spillage. Not bad overall though for as busy as they were with minimal staff!
Food is ok, service has a lot of room for improvement. Staff lacked knowledge about their DNA-product: bread ?
Nice little Panera in a shopping plaza. Sufficient parking, fast service and was quiet enough to work without being interrupted.
Mac and cheese cold, grilled cheese burned. Why does Panera not fill bowls up, they are always less than half full.
Unfortunately due to the staffing shortage happening everywhere, we had to use a kiosk to order our meals. Two out of the four were broken and the lines for the two that were working took an eternity while the customers scrolled through their choices. The reason I give it three stars is because the food was good and I acknowledge the staffing shortage isn't their fault.
Restaurant lacks cleanliness (tables and table areas lack cleaning/vacuuming) - table tops are covered in crumb’s and debris. Plates received were [email protected] cleaned.
I got my favorite breakfast, souffle, but the restrooms here need more frequent attention.
Friendly service, always busy, clean and organized.
