Hello, so I believe that that the name of the worker’s name was Sam? Samual? Sammy? Something along those lines. She was quite rude to me while I was getting my order and not only that but from what I observed she was quite rude to the workers there, that being scolding them for doing their basic jobs and pushing them around. Will not be going there again.

We got carry out from here. Literally the only time I’ve had a bad Panera experience. We were missing half a sandwich, got tiny rock hard bread ends, bread wasn’t put on the other sandwich facing in the right direction. The only thing they managed to do correctly was ladle some soup into a couple of containers.

Staff kind and efficient. Manager even asked if everything was okay.

Okay so I use to work at this exact same Panera and NEVER remember the food being this bad. I ordered a pick two, Chicken Frontega and a Chicken Caesar Salad with Chips as my side. My salad tasted old and gross, my Chicken Frontega was drenched in Chipotle sauce to the point it made it uneatable because of how gross and wet it was not to mention how burnt the bread was, and they didn’t even give me the correct side. I wanted the chips because I love them and instead they gave me a French baguette. The only time i get a French baguette is when I get the chicken noodle soup which I did not order and I checked my order about 3 times to make sure it was correct before placing it. My food was cold when it arrived and the my drink was warm as could be like it was just sitting out. My baguette that I didn’t even order or want was hard as a rock, I couldn’t even bite into it. It’s sad to see how downhill this Panera has gone since I left, and it’s sad to say I don’t think I’ll ever order or even step foot into this Panera again. The last time I went inside and got my food to go, the food was still not good. They stride themselves in how good and fresh their food is but the salad doesn’t even taste fresh anymore, if anything it tastes like it’s been sitting in the drawer for a week. How sad.

I love Panera! And this location is very clean and has friendly employees. Quick and prompt service and I recommend to sign up for their rewards program because they have lots of great promos! The cinnamon crunch bagel is my fav. Highly recommended!

Not a good location. Food is often missing elements and is otherwise just thrown together.

I placed an order for takeout food. The young lady at the counter where you order and pay was so kind and patient. She answered my questions with a smile on her face and didn't rush me as I made my selections. She smiled, laughed and was very pleasant. She is a great first impression. Waiting for your order is another experience. Waited a long time to pick up my order. The staff behind the prep counter were concerned with completing the phoned-in orders; and ignored the growing line of customers waiting inside. My items were thrown in a brown bag hurriedly so my soup leaked (an room temperature), and my Mediterranean bowl was on its side. Bowl only had 3 olives! Someone behind this counter got butter that I requested, and then, apologized for the long wait.
