I stopped in last night for a turkey bacon and avocado sandwich when I got home there was no bacon and no avocado I did manage to find one piece it was the size of a postage stamp. I know this is a popular location just was disappointed.
Omg worst store ever , in the app they say ready but it’s never been ready the staff there very rude , slow , unorganized, most of customers complain. This store need to be close . I don’t recommend at all
The lettuce was soggy, the bread was soggy, the tomatoes were nasty, and the chicken was uneven and stingy. My 7 year old niece could have constructed a better sandwich. I can't believe this sandwich was allowed to leave the restaurant... Wow.
We placed an order for carryout and was told our order would be ready in about 10 minutes so we headed straight over and it was brought out almost immediately. It was accurate and still hot when we got home. The food was delicious and I am never disappointed no matter what Panera I go to.
We had a lovely experience here . The employees could not have been nicer . And the food... well , delicious!

So let me just say I'm only giving two stars because the guy at the front with the fluffy hair I'm so sorry I didn't get your name was amazingly helpful and sweet and the food quality is good for the most part. But the lady who is cooking the food I the back with the braids and the hat TERRIBLE WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE RELIEVE HER OF HER DUTIES BECAUSE SHE HATES HER JOB I go back because I didn't receive my small Mac and cheese and I am helped by the guy in thr front he apologizes apologizes tells the rude cook and she snatches a small Mac and cheese (probably mines that was left off) throws it into the microwave slams the microwave door and gives me a evil look (OVER MAC AND CHEESE) the guy comes back nd says it's in the microwave it will be out soon I tell him I could have microwaved it if she was going to have attitude (like it's not even fresh) he proceeds to apologize and she yells out here you go (mind you it's only a couple feet away) People like that make people not want to return because why are you so angry? I did not have a attitude and was not rude I simply said something was left off. It was the P Jones order by the way because you aren't going to forget that you decided to be rude over Mac and cheese and disgrace that location.
Dine in, had coffee, always a pleasant environment.
The app was great! Ordered 2 dozen bagels at 6 am for 9 am pick up. 8:55 received text order was ready.
Someone has to check the coffee urns more frequently. Four out of five visits the decaf coffee is either cold or out. Shouldn't be all that difficult checking the urns to ensure they are full and hot. Otherwise, the service and food were good.
