12 for a chicken Caesar salad to-go with the bowl not filled. Asked for extra dressing and got 2 containers half full. Never again.

This Panera might be the slowest Panera at getting “take out” from. No matter the time of day, it seems that they just drag their feet and stare at the wall while getting people’s orders ready. It’s actually impressive how slow it is at this establishment.

I love this Panera. It is always clean, food comes out fast, and the staff is very friendly. The only issue is that recently their dinning room has not been open?

I love Panera; this place has become a problem bucket. Understaffed, constantly out of various ingredients. The workers who are there are friendly and wear it well. I don't know what it takes for a Panera to be out of baguettes for a solid week...

Overpriced fast foodNot enough help so poor service

This particular Panera Bread Location (Baker's Square)was not as good as the others in Monroeville and Wilkins Township. They were out of cherry tomatoes. They were out certain soups. The Fugi Apple Salad was awful! There was hardly any lettuce in the salad and the lettuce was wilted. The stringy tomatoes were not fresh and the chicken didn't have a fresh taste. I actually threw the salad in the trash when l got home.I will not patronize that particular Panera in Baker's Square near Google again!Visit the Panera Bread in Monroeville or Wilkins Township you'll get better quality food and fresher desserts.Sorry to post this because l really like to eat at Panera. However, this one is off my list.

Clean and friendly. Great location within Bakery Squqre.

Panera is one of my favorite places in Bakery Square. Their breakfast sandwichs is delicious..

Was a little worried about visiting this location. 3 of us ate lunch for $42.00. That is expensive to me. Food was delicious. Service was friendly. I give it a 5 will day long!!!

Where is the other half of this soup?
