My wife's asiago bagel was good with decent amount of asiago cheese on it unlike ones at Monroeville and Homestead locations. My Chipotle chicken sandwich was very good with good amount of filling also unlike what we have been getting at other locations. Was told I could not get large cold drink to go because there were no large lids. When I went to get my drink there were plenty of large lids there. Don't know if this had anything to do with unlimited sips status or staff not knowing what they have.
The cashier was new, got my drink order wrong, I wanted it hot I received it frosted. I didn't say anything as she was nervous and new. But while waiting for my order I looked down and couldn't believe the pile of debri below the counter on the floor. Made me feel very uncomfortable about eating here. Management needs to take pride in their store and start looking more.
I had the cashier literally read my order off my phone and he still got it wrong.. the order was really specific too I have no idea how you get something so simple wrong it wasn’t even like it was a hard order it was one sandwich soup and a cookie.. Literally gave me the completely wrong sandwich.. my girlfriend just delivered our baby at Magee hospital..this was the first thing she wanted to eat and they ruined it.. I will never be back after that.. I wasn’t even there during rush hour I was the only person in line.. no excuses just laziness.. and it’s not even worth going back and getting it wrong again.. I have a baby and a girlfriend to take care of and the whole entire crew there just wasted my familys time and energy.. I would give this place zero stars if I could
Use to be one of my favorite places to eat, but for the price you pay, its just not worth paying for extra salad dressing only to have your salad dressings filled not even 1/3 of the cup, and their chicken salad sandwiches are way to expensive for what little chicken salad you get. The sandwich is mainly bread, lettuce and tomato. Been very disappointed lately.
Most of the staff are wonderful. Food is great. Only occasionally have I run into a rude cashier and I go several times a week usually.
This place is consistent! Food is good but pricey, everyone knows that. It's a great place to study or meet up with friends. The bathroom however, leaves much to be desired! They're not frequently clean, not sure why.
JESSE the manager of the Blvd of the Allies Panera, 202313 does an exemplary job!!! He is always smiling, checking on the employees and treats customers as well as employees in courteous manner! I was in on 02-15-02...and I have noticed that when he is in charge the store is well stocked with product! What a nice professional guy!
Long wait for just a small sandwich and small broccoli Mac and cheese. Apple was almost spoiled, not fresh like they use to be. Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious, but the chicken salad sandwich was good but very small for $8.99. They could have put another scoop and filled up the container on my mac and cheese for that price. Very little food for 16.00 AND I drove there. All of the better places for my money that I passed in Oakland to get there. I won't be back.
Their website wouldn't work on my phone or my computer with numerous browsers. I called at around 730 on Jan 3rd to place a pickup order and was told by the manager I couldn't place a phone order and that I had to use their broken website or come in, order, and wait. Bakery Square took my phone order with no problem.The only reason I could think of for them not taking my order by phone is that someone there was stealing people's card numbers but they could have said I would need to pay in store.Given their proximity to Magee Hospital it's really crazy to refuse to take an order over the phone given that so many employees and visitors might not have time to wait for an order when their janky website won't work.
Great options for vegetarians. Service is quick and neat, prices are affordable. Can be your everyday go to restaurant with a good variety of food. If the restaurant doesn’t interest you, you can definitely buy the bread that they bake. Would definitely visit again. The hot chocolate was not impressive though.
