Pamela's never let's you down, the breakfast is always stellar. We visited at lunch on a Wednesday, there was no line, we quickly got a table and the food was served hot and fresh shortly after ordering! High five!

Alright where do I start...The food was phenomenal. Everything tasted amazing. Portion size was great too! I had the omelet and chorizo hash. Both were great! Not overly pricy and a quick and kind staff. food came out quick!

Exceed my expectation. Good food, quick service and friendly staff. All I want in one place. Will come back again.

A pittsburgh tradition to skip. Unless of course you like waiting in line and being ignored or lost in their unorganized shuffle of customer wait list. This location is very small and waiting room is very limited. Would be beneficial to coach your employees how to talk to customers and politely move outside or designate a certain area inside for standing room. The blonde waitress just told us to move. Which we didn’t because they forgot us on their list twice so we weren’t going to get missed again. Due to the employee actions this Was not worth the wait. Cannot speak on behalf of other locations so Try a different location other than Shadyside

I always order the hamburger (with swiss and shrooms, lettuce and tomato) and ask for mayo only on the side and no onions. My burger was loaded with onions mayo on it and none on the side Ugh. I wound up just eating the hash which, as always, was delicious! My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger and loved every bite of his! I'm just sad that mine was not very good. Ah well.

Only 15 min wait. Had the Pittsburgh salad. It was very good filling, nice refills of raspberry tea and they have gone digital and accept efts. Great!

Out of town traveling and decided to stop by this diner for breakfast. Maybe I'm just not familiar with how expensive things are in and around Pittsburgh but 7 to 8 dollars for 2 eggs, potatoes, and toast caught me extremely off guard. The building is cute and cozy with excellent staff and servers. Worth going to once but I personally wouldn't return.

Instagram worthy photos! They have two seating areas. To the right it's decorated with board games (super cool) on the left it's pretty colorful as well. It was two of us to we waited about 5 mins after we were told 15 which was so awesome.Food was absolutely amazing. I order the strawberry hotcakes! I had enough to share with my significant other.Service was superb. The girls were so nice and very attentive. Can't wait to come back!

Pancakes like my Mother used to make. Thin almostCrepe like. My Mother did not have the crust edges but I like them. I typically have a glass of water with them and then walk across the street to another delightful place ,Coffee Tree Roasters, for my coffee.

Like the Shadyside location best. Staff there is really friendly and efficient without rushing you. Food is scrumptious. Try the corned beef hash and grab yourself some of those famous pancakes!!
