You know how you so look forward to visiting your fav restaurant, but once you get there you are disappointing in the service, food everything you have been waiting for. We went to outback 0n rt. 19 and everything was as we had hoped great service and the food was spectacular 10 out of 10

We had the best service we’ve ever received at Outback Steakhouse on Mother’s Day 2022. We had 12 people in our party so we were a little worried. But our server Kathleen was super awesome! She made sure our drinks were never empty and we wanted for nothing. She was continually checking on us along with her other tables. I can’t say enough great things about her. She was super nice and made sure everyone including the kids were well taken care of. Had a great time. The only critique of our meal was that a couple of our steaks were a little over cooked, but it did not detract from the meal. And it wasn’t enough to mention it to our server. If you visit this Outback, ask to sit in Kathleen’s section. You won’t be disappointed!

I grew up near a Texas Roadhouse, so this was my first time trying Outback; my wife and I came for dinner with our toddler. The food was excellent, and the service was great! Connor waited on us, and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We never ran out of drinks, and he offered to bring extra bread to satisfy our hungry toddler. We will definitely be back, and we hope that we can have Connor wait on us again.

Went out to dinner and decided to give this Outback another try. In the past we had some issues but heard there was someone new there. While we were eating the new owner Corey stopped by our table. He was super friendly and wanted to make sure we were enjoying everything. The food was great! A huge improvement from past visits. We will definitely be going back there again soon! If you were disappointed in the past, you won’t be now. I highly suggest giving this location another try. You won’t regret it.

I had went shopping and decided to stop at outback on McKnight Road to eat by myself at the bar…My server was absolutely awesome!!! She was so kind, attentive and just a great person! I normally never write reviews and the last few times I have been there have been horrible and I’ve always loved outback and I decided to give it one more chance and I’m happy that I did! She made sure my whole meal and experience was perfect ! I enjoy when I go to eat and have an enjoyable server being that I am one myself! -Theresa

I recently had been trying other local steakhouses including Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse. For the past year or so I have experienced long wait times and less than friendly service. Tonight at Outback Connor provided excellent and speedy service; he was an absolute charm to be around. The 30oz Porterhouse turned out to be cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef, we will be back soon! Thank you Connor!- Christian

Steaks were cooked to order. Seasoned well. Jamale did a great job cooking them. Nicole was attentive and courteous and took good care of us. The girls at the reception area were very helpful and pleasant. Overall we had a great evening out and enjoyed our steak dinners.

You want to talk about a quality experience? Y'know who provided that incredibly well tonight? Anthony. He was beyond attentive to our needs and even brought out extra chicken ON HIS OWN for salads at our table because the kitchen didn't put enough on. He's an absolute gem and deserves more than 5 stars for his service.

Tasty food, amazing service, and great atmosphere! Daisy is a very friendly bar tender. MacKenzie greeted us with a smile. We had a good conversation with Corey the manager and the place was very clean.

Now 3 stars is about right. Service was good not great, steak I asked for medium rare and got a solid medium well. Same with my other 2 guests. Still good, just not what you expect from a higher end chain with the name steakhouse in it. Take some more pride in the cooking and service and I’m sure business will pick up with it considering it was pretty dead for a 7pm dinner. Would recommend though for the bread and blooming onion. Just make sure you really put an emphasis on how you want your steak done I guess.
