We've been going here for years and have always had a good experience. However, since COVID, things have taken a drastic turn for the worse. The pineapple fried rice was a soggy lump of rice. It was not fried at all. The Ahi Tuna Pistachio was with old brown tuna and soggy. The spicy tuna roll had a weird spice taste not typical of their usual roll. The dragon roll was not much better. There was no broccoli with the general tso's chicken. We spent $77.58 for a terrible meal. Its so sad.
I ordered the beef lo mein and it was pretty disgusting. Super greasy, the noodles were over cooked and the beef tasted very strange. No flavor at all.
I've been ordering here for years, always amazing. I have my favorites (chicken w/broccoli, spicy tuna roll, dumplings) but everything I've ever ordered has been delicious. My daughter loves the lo mein. Their delivery drivers are always super nice and deliver quickly. I mostly get delivery but have dined in once, and it was very clean and the service was great. 5 stars
Our family's go-to place for Chinese food. We always enjoy the dishes we get here, whether they're tried and true favorites or we're trying something new.
I would rate worst and never come back again.I ordered Kung pao Chicken and feel like it was wrong order. Chicken pieces are not in cube shape and thigh pieces cut and n cube shape rather looks like skinny stripes of boiled meat. Not even feelLike it’s Chicken meat.
What I ordered VS what I received?♂️ And when I called they were very disrespectful about the situation. Even though I ordered it before and know what their sweet and sour chicken looks like, they tried to argue that they did not give me the wrong thing.
This used to be our favorite restaurant. Our go to for milestone celebrations and date nights. Unfortunately they've stopped doing dine in. We won't be visiting anymore.

I have been eating at Osaka for years. They serve dishes I have not seen at other Asian restaurants and will make off menu meals if they have the ingredients. My favorite is Chinese chicken noodle soup made with rice noodles to keep it gluten free.
