One of my favorite places to eat. Always greatly, astonishingly good food, atmosphere is calm and relaxing, service is top-knotch, the people are great. Waiting times vary according to how busy they are (and they are busy for the dinner rush) but there's always a table available for us. We couldn't be more greatful that Olive Garden is such a nice place to catch a good meal with great service and always a good time shared with friends and family. ?✌️
The food is what brings you in. I can say the hosting staff needs to figure out that you don't give a server 4 tables in 5 minutes with 5-6+ people each and expect every table to get prompt and efficient service. It's not the servers fault. Especially when the restaurant was not busy. He was given no help and it was shameful. It will be a while before we return to this location.
As always, food was good, though refilling the salad bowl and breadsticks came after we were done with dinner. Please ensure to ask server to bring the dinner little late if you need to reorder salad.Attaching a picture of dirty lamp shade just above our table. Hope they will clean it in near future.
i ordered tortellini with grilled chicken. the chicken was so over baked and dried out that I couldn’t even eat it. everything else we ordered was good but for $20 an entree I expect my food to be edible.
Food was good, service horrible , had to ask for our breadsticks and salad when our meal came. Because we didn't see our waiter until he brought our food. One of the main entrees had mushrooms on it he asked if that was okay and she wasn't allowed to have that we had to wait for her meal. Dropped our plates down on the table reaching over us then asked us if we wanted some cheese shredded on top. Waiter could use a lot more training and been a little more polite
Great food, service and atmosphere at a decent price. We really enjoyed our dinner.
Nobody expects high end gourmet Italian food from Olive Garden, but our last trip was especially disappointing. My wife's entree was either freezer burned, or sat too long under a heat lamp, or both, because the tortellini was that hard crusty white that happens under those conditions. Our child's chicken fingers were overcooked, and their pasta sauce was that dark red, "bottom of the pot that's been cooking too long" color with the taste to match. Mine was... fine. Nothing spectacular, just... fine. Again, see expectations. The manager replaced their entrees with fresh made "to go" orders (that he made himself) and comped our check, so, to his credit, he did everything he could to make a bad situation better.
Absolutely wonderful service. We split a Tour of Italy. She brought it already split on hot plates. I was so impressed at how thoughtful that was. This was our first stop at this OG. It was clean and folks were attentive. Managers were on the floor, running food and bussing tables. Great job, Guys!
Was craving their salad. It was delicious! So was soup, and chicken marsala. Haven't been there in YEARS. I don't care if it's cheap quality knock off Italian microwaved garbage - it hit the spot. Beer selection sucked.
Great food & wait times. Restaurant's atmosphere was clean & quiet as well. Ordered the lasagna which was fantastic as always. My wife's entree was good as well. Our waitress, Sarah P, was also very personable & attentive. Will return.
