The service was excellent, but it's an Olive Garden. The food at it's best is fine enough for 3 stars which is pretty good for the OG. Nothing bad to say about it except for the waste of space tacky screens on every table. If you want to be taken seriously as a nice restaurant take the casino and video games off the table. It's all good though because, you know, it's an Olive Garden.
I had a couple hours to kill while I was in the area and the service was excellent! I ordered the SSB and after, asked the waiter for dessert, but to hold off for a while before bringing it. His timing was perfect. He didn't rush me at all even though it was lunch rush. I made up for the loitering with a big tip though.
We had great service, but the food was terrible. The chicken Marseille was salty and uneatable. The spaghetti with meatballs were both mushy and tasteless. With a reduced menu, post covid you would think the food would still good or better than before.
We used the car side pick up service. The gentleman that took my order was friendly and very helpful explaining where to park to pick up my order. I got a text about 15 minutes before pickup time, once I parked and responded to the text with my parking spot number, the order was brought right to my car within 2 minutes.The food was neatly packaged and prepared just as I expected, The whole experience was top notch from the easy to use car side pickup, the friendly and helpful staff to the delicious entrees that we ordered. Will definitely use this service again.
Very nice restaurant. I picked up dinner Togo for my family , ordered online as a guest simple & easy. Everything was hot & ready within 15 minutes staff & manager were all polite. Another customer even held the door as my hands were full. I was able to easily look up the carbs on their website. The breadsticks are amazing as always!

We had our annual coworker holiday party at the Greentree Olive Garden today and our server, Josh, was very patient with us, as large groups can be difficult to manage. We had phoned ahead and they had made accommodations for us. We got a variety of Olive Garden meals and each one looked better than the last. I stuck with the never ending salad and soup. The Greentree Olive Garden is a good place to get a solid meal for a decent price.
Olive Garden was a great experience the hostess allowed me to sit wherever I desired and the server was most professional.
Took our grand daughter there with her boyfriend, for her 16th Birthday! Very good service, drinks came promptly, food came amazingly quick, and very well prepared! Been going here for a few years at this location, closest to home too! Thank You!
Staff was nice. Food was really good. Only complaint was noisy people next to us. Other than that was a great dinner.
