Where to begin? Never available to place orders through their app anymore so then you place the order through a service like UberEats & they will just cancel the order instead of fulfilling it or turning off UberEats orders to begin with. Over the last few visits there’s no one to greet you or hand off your food or give you plasticware which is no longer included by default with takeout orders.

Now I know that a lot of food places have went up. But they don't advertise their new prices, they still have their old prices up. The price that was on the menu was $9.75 for a small of Alfredo MonteAmore. When I went to pay is said my total was $11.50, I asked her that was the price for the small & she said yes. Then I go to look on my receipt & the new price is $10.50, the small portion is not worth $11.50. They need to make an update on their menu prices, I shouldn't have to look on my receipt to know that the prices went up! I asked for no mushrooms, but ended up with mushrooms on it. Then the cook was just slamming finished food on the trays, the cash register person seen me standing in line didn't say she was busy give her a second or anything I waited about 5-8 minutes before I even could order my food. I use to love coming here, but the overpriced small portion has me second guessing.

Chicken ceasar salad was a little overpriced for the size but not terrible. I requested no kale and they called immediately to let me know it already comes mixed with that. No worries! Just make as is. I stated to the lady who called my son was going to come pick it up as I just had gotten out of surgery. He gets there a few minutes later only to be given a hard time about proof of order although y’all literally just talked to us, and how many people would be picking up a prepaid order for Lauren in that moment. If it was such a concern you should have mentioned it to me on the phone when you called. This is why I never rarely eat out and will never from here again because some just don’t have common sense. Bad look

My first experience here, the food was amazing, however the service was not... The girl who took our order greeted us kindly, but it quickly turned into an irritated, annoyed tone because when we were asked "parma or feta" I was not sure what I was asked. I was a bit confused, but quickly caught on to the question and responded, but the rest of the interaction was all downhill from there.. not very helpful :/

I don't know if they have the best noodles around but I loved the orange chicken lo mein I got and the prices are typical for nice fast food. There's not a heck of a lot of seats inside (maybe 15 tables?) but getting food to go is easy. Worth checking out for sure if you're in the mood for any pasta dish.

This place is off the chain. You don't have to wait long. Their 3 cheese tortellini was banging with the chicken and cream of mushroom. It doesn't get any better than this. My favorite restaurant.

Two nights ago my daughter ordered delivery for me. It gave me food poisoning and I'm still sick as can be. I will nevwr have food from Noodles and Company again!

At dinner here before the theatre and had a chicken Caesar salad. The person with me had pad thai. We thought we ordered the large/ dinner portions, but both were a little small, so we ordered dumplings after and that was a full meal. Staff was very helpful, courteous and fast. Food was good. No parking at this location (Market Square), but we were walking, so it was no big deal. Enjoyed it and will go back.

We don't get to market square often, but it has become a bit of a tradition to swing by here for lunch after visiting the holiday market. Lots of options good for both picky eaters (Mac and cheese) and those who prefer something more unique. The new stuffed pasta was very good. We were able to dine in for lunch and it wasn't overcrowded for a Saturday.
