I ordered Turtle with Matcha as base. It was a let down because I didn't taste any Matcha. Too little Matcha powder was used. I was expecting a flavorful ice cream like those Japanese ice cream. The chocolate sauce was not chocolatey enough. All I tasted was just sugar, milk and pecan. For $9.81, it is way too pricy.
I had the strawberry cheesecake with pretzels and my boyfriend had the cookie dough rolled ice-cream. They prepare it fresh in front of you. It's a little expensive, but worth it.
To expensive, icecream should not cost that much. Presentation was not as advertised but I think the girl was new.

Wanting to try something new, I was hoping that the item (ice cream) would live up to the reviews listed but that wasn't the case. Understanding that vegan ice cream doesn't always set, I was surprised to receive a cup full of ...I'm not sure what to call it; I wasn't even asked "Are you okay receiving it as it is or would you like me to try again?" Granted, I could said something but there were so many people, I didn't want to push them further behind. Adding to such, the vanilla vegan ice cream was absolutely gross and bland. I do want to thank the lady who checked me out. She did such a great job making sure the item didn't contain anything I was allergic to, but again, the execution was pretty horrible.
Best rolled ice cream! We got the sweet and salty, and it was a perfect blend of both. The manager was so very friendly, we will definitely be going back! Can't wait to try the Strawberry shortcake next!?
My family and I planned to have dinner and Ice cream here. The hours clearly state they’re open until 10pm, half my family ordered because I wanted to try the bubble wrap to see if I liked it before ordering. So I tasted hers and got back in line around 8:55pm. The kids working literally cut me off and said that was the last order we’re closed….I tried reasoning with the kids to let them know I was just trying the wrap to see if I liked it and now I want to place my order and they did not care one bit…my 6 yr old daughter didn’t get her ice cream either. So needless to say I had to listen to crying all the way home when we spent 40$ on ice cream that half my family got. That’s some aweful customer service if I ever seen any. Would give no stars if there was that option. Will never come back, save your money people and go somewhere they care!
This place is heavenly and the service was so great!It’s overwhelming at first with all of the delicious choices but the staff helps you through it & even offered me a sample:)I’ve been wanting to go here since it opened & the ice cream is just out of this world! You can pick whatever fruits you want and it’s all so fresh, and natural!Highly, highly recommend, especially if you’re an ice cream lover.
The ice cream is very tasteless and also did not even give the right size ice cream. The person making it was not even listening
