Had a problem with employees and management did nothing about it.if you really look at the place vents are dirty as well as kitchen and employees don't know the meaning of sanitation.They put profit before customer service.My advice is spend your money at chipotle.I was at the downtown location 210 Forbes avenue.the price is too high for the amount of food they give you.

I know times are hard but I didn't think this bad.... This is now the 2nd time I ordered a cup of queso and they don't even give you enough chips to finish the cup?

Third time they ignored what I wanted for my order. It was incorrect. Gave them three chances. It’s disappointing the little care they give to their food.

I love Moe's. Recently moved to Pittsburgh from the eastern side of the state and hadn't had Moe's in probably a year. Found out about the one in Market Square, near where I work and decided to place a to-go order for lunch and pick it up on my hour drive back to Mount Pleasant.I ordered a Homewrecker Jr with chicken and fillings, the main filling being queso.Now, unless Moe's corporate decided to change the portions of the burritos, I feel like mine couldn't have been correct. After I drove an hour home and went to open my burrito, which is the same thing I've ordered from Moe's since day 1, it looked pathetic. Normally I'm used to Moe's burrito's being so big that I can barely fit the whole thing in my mouth, even with the Homewrecker Jr. This time, my burrito was comparable to the size of a hot dog in a bun. I couldn't believe how sad and depressing it looked.I thought whatever, nothing I can do now since I drove an hour home already. So I start eating it, and there's no queso on here, which I paid EXTRA for!It's absolutely ridiculous to charge $2 extra to add queso and NOT EVEN PUT IT ON MY BURRITO.I'll never go back to this Moe's again. I wish I took a picture of the burrito to show how sad it was.

Best place to enjoy a healthy protein meal. The worker are awesome great place to be

The stacker is not that good.. Bland. Should of went across the street to Chipotle.. I'm the driver of a basketball team they tried here instead.. Yes it was 8 pm so they where out of steak.. Had to get chicken dark meat.. This was the first time there for me and a bus.. I'll will try it one more time I think I was missing a few items they were out of at8pm.

Ordered 2 kids meals that come with a cookie and a drink. All I got was my burrito and chips for my kids with no cookie or drink for both orders. The staff were nice but got my order wrong so I’m never ordering there again. This was thru Grubhub smh

i ordered a quesadilla, cheese wasn’t melted at all and it was soggy. i also got a cup of queso, the cup was less than half full, burnt, and chunky. and a cup of guacamole, there was a whole half of an avocado in it. it definitely wasn’t salted either, i had to add my own seasoning from home to make it even edible. the only chips i got for the cup of queso and guac was the chips that come with the quesadilla which was almost none. i used to be a manager at moes so this frustrated me beyond belief.

I frequent this place and I generally have good experiences. If you come in at a busy time it is definitely not as good as it is when there's less going on. Also if you go too late they run out of stuff sometimes but it doesn't happen too often. It's a lot of food for a good price at the end of the day, and I'll always come back for that. I always pick this over the chipolte across the street.

If I could give one star I would. I don't normally write reviews because I get that people make mistakes but... I was supposedly issued a refund on Friday last week 12/10 after my online order was sent to the wrong location. I called back on Sunday 12/12 because the points used to pay for part of the order had not yet been refunded (I understood not having the credit card portion back yet) and was told if I did not have it back within 3-5 business days of purchase to call back. I just called back to ask about the refund and asked to speak with the manager. Without introducing himself, he did not let me say anything other than I placed an order last week before interrupting me to say "I can't do anything about an order placed last week" in a very rude tone. I went to explain what was going on and he hung up on me. I tried calling back again to get the corporate number and was immediately hung up on with no greeting at all. There is no excuse for this.
