Some moes are great. Others throw ur food together as fast as they can. Sometimes it is them being busy, other times it's a crowd. This visit fir me was both. Wrong food, bad assembly, dismissive server. They do offer vet discounts which I'd awesome, but tiday I very much annoyed the cashier when I asked for it. I assure you I was super nice. They were slammed. But they missed 4 and five stars today.
Walked in and no one stated "Welcome to Moes" I believe the rule is you get a free small cup of queso. But not for this store, you would've thought the aweso had gold flakes in it and that this worker had fronted the money. He yelled “welcome to moes" in my face and said he was busy."Rules for the not for me" seems to be caringover into the food and beverage industry.Good luck to the moes franchise as I will helpsteer as many folks away from it as possible. Irecommend selling the property and putting ina chipotle!
Honestly used to love this Moes, but the last 3 times I’ve placed an order online they have made it incorrectly. The first few times I let it slide, the third time I called and they were unable to help me at all. Ordered a stack with ground beef & veggies and it literally is a chicken and cheese stack. The guy on the phone was rude and not helpful at all.
food was ok. tables all dirty. bill for my chips and drink was $ 6.15, i happened to have change in my pocket so i gave the cashier $10.25. rather than give me the correct $4.10 back, she gave me $3.85. i said thats the wrong change, i gave you the extra quarter so i could get 4 ones back. she insisted she was right, apparently disregarding or forgetting that quarter i handed her. after multiple attempts of explaining the math with no success, i gave up and admitted defeat
I absolutely love Moe’s, my boyfriend and I eat here twice a week, but this is the worst Moe’s I’ve ever been too. With burnt meat, burnt chips, missing cups of queso, missing burritos, adding black beans when the receipt says no beans… just horrible tbh. Going to Bridgeville Moe’s from now on.
This by four Hass to be one of the worst restaurants/fast food places that I have ever been in the food prep counter looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in weeks dried up food and hand prints all over the glass that’s supposed to be protecting the food it’s just screaming Covid
If it were possible, this horrible place would get a BELOW zero rating. This is an extremely overpriced cafeteria rather than a restaurant. Make your own plate. Get your own drinks, silver, etc, and even bus your own table. Hence why we had to sit at a dirty table?? When asked to assemble something like the picture on the wall, the employees stared at me blankly as if they didn't understand English, then said they have no idea what's in the picture, as if they had no eyes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! At the least, they could have Tried rather than be rude and act brainless. I'd never been there and had no idea what the unappetizing looking mushy stuff in the pans was, and upon ordering the ONE thing that was NAMED on the WALL with a PICTURE, I was unable to be helped. They say "That's a build it how you want it" i tell them, "ok, I want it to look like the picture please", they say "we can't do that, you HAVE to build it" I went without ANY food on MY BIRTHDAY while my husband got some type of foul smelling slop in a tortilla wrap that made him vomit soon after. Moe's should be ashamed of Every aspect of it's business as well as Paying customers to eat there, rather than charging them.
Tex Mex style fast food. I always get their Chicken bowl. The sauces are mild and if you like flavors like Chipotle then this may not be your place. Apart from the bowls, the place does offer kids menu which my son loves and veggie options like the quesadilla and stack which is cool. They do have a sauce bar ranging from Mild to Spicy which can be explored based on your spice levels
Quality Mexican takeout. Pleasant fast moving employees.
I like Moe's as a restaurant, however this particular location has a store manager from hell, Ashely S.She really should not be running this establishment. I've never seen such childish behavior come from someone running a store, and I've worked in retail management for years. It wouldn't surprise me if former employees go after her job. I wouldn't avoid Moe's but I would avoid this location. The employees deserve a real manager and personally I won't support a place where the employees are treated so poorly. Hopefully someone of importance sees this, and can look into this persons poor performance
