I went through the drive-thru on my way home from work at around 3am, and the employee was wonderfully nice. The food was typical Mcdoogleburger but the fact that they were open at 3am combined with how pleasant the employee was is what made it nice.
Staff was excellent. Food was hot. I didn't want to make anyone work on a Sunday (3/6/2022) but I am thankful they were because we had to make a run to Monroeville to pick up a truck at the expo. The staff was so happy, it was refreshing to experience!
Didn't make burger to the order. Didn't add the item I requested. Came back around to order it again and they gave the wrong burger. Gave a 3 cause the attendants were nice at least.
In the past Not the over all best McDonald's in the area. However the staff is awesome and if you ask to have your food made fresh they will do that for you. The change that this establishment has made is nice to see. Good job to everyone that works here.To note order ahead is the way to go especially if you go during peak hours.
Drive thru moves slow. The woman on the speaker had an attitude for sure. The food was not too fresh, meaning the burger meat was luke warm and the nuggets my daughter got were nasty! Don't forget I come from fast food and I love eating food so I know what it should taste and look like. Unfortunately everywhere is short staffed so I know its difficult for them but still doesn't make it right. Food safety is important and I'm servsafe certified and I'll tell ya this, they would have failed. Menu board was busted looked like someone bricked it and the food wasn't the right temperature. I'm just thankful we didn't get sick or get the runs!
Would give it negative stars if I could. Gave me a sandwich that was eaten off of. Returned it and they tried to act like they didn't know who did it. Sure as he'll wasn't me. Pure trash.
Cafe Mocha has chocolate in it. They tell me it doesn't and ask if I want caramel. Twice now, it has been bitter and not sweet. Wasted money. Today, they ignored 1 speakerbox to the point we thought it broke. Drove around again only to be ignored on other side. At second window, dude had no idea what we ordered. Place is going downhill while the menu board is cracked.
It was just horrible tonight. I got two quarter pounders with cheese that I ordered thru the app. I made sure I ordered both of them with *no onions* and *no salt*. Guess what they had on them? Onions and salt!Plus both buns were so stale they were in-edible. We ended up throwing most of the sandwiches away after eating a few bites.I'm going to have to go to another McDonald's even though it's farther away. Seems like this one is relying on this location to keep it alive. I will never be back.
An hour ago, I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. I waited 45 minutes until I received my order that you ordered online ... There is an employee who has a mole or birthmark on her face. She treated me in a nervous and provocative manner and looked in a rude manner ... All this because I told her I had been waiting for a long time and she left me and went And when another employee came with my request, which she did not go to bring to me, it happened at 5:30 pm today 4-12-2012.
This location has some weird mix or labor shortage and employee incompetence. Every time I try to get food here the drive through takes 30 minutes to get through. And here's the kicker, when you finally get your food it's not even hot and fresh. Nobody who works there during the evening cares and it's obvious.
