First timers. Ordered the Nachos Grande with chicken and the chicken fiery burrito. The tostada chips tasted old, the cheese was cold, and there were very few pieces of chicken. Mostly chips with cold cheese and tomato paste and sour creme. The burrito also had little amount of chicken and consisted of rice and beans. The only reason I gave it a one star was that the jalapeño margaritas were good.
Great service and great Tex Mex. Must have a margarita. They have regular options but also vegan/vegetarian options.(their seitan buffalo wings are terrific!)
I'm trying to avoid reflexively ordering a burrito every visit, so I went for a Classic Buffalo chicken wrap with waffle fries; Good Stuff!
If you go when it's moderately busy or less you can expect fast seating, fast service, very low wait times for food and drinks. Food is always good and drink are almost always exactly what they're supposed to be. If it's busy be prepared to wait for everything. I love the food but I make a point to come when it's slow so that I can enjoy the rest of the experience as well.
Our waiter was terrible. First the drinks took forever to get. 2nd she forgot about the drink and it was at least 15 min till she brought over the other drink after we asked the other waiter. We ordered our food and it took over 45 min to get it mind you that the place was not packed at all and we watched people come and go. We would had got McDonald’s faster and the person taken our order would had been nicer to us. We was a table of 5 that would had been at least over a $50 tip.
Served the nastiest house margarita in my life for happy hour, I send it back and I’m offered the option for another margarita hand-mixed.Turns out it wasn’t happy hour eligible, so I’m told later that I’m paying full price, but don’t worry- they’ll comp the marg I sent back after one sip. Great, thanks.Chips and salsa were decent though.
I had the best possible takeout/delivery experience. My food came early, hot and delicious! I had serious given up on delivery, but with the snow I gave it a shot. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I was blown away and I am seriously considering ordering Mad Mex again tonight. I had a. house salad and called in to change the cheese. I was worried, but the server that answered got it done. I love the takeout containers also. Lol!

The staff we dealt with were nice. The margaritas were SO SOUR. No trace of fruit at all. It was hard to drink mine and my friend didn’t drink hers at all. The food left MUCH to be desired in the flavor department. The tortilla soup is basically bean purée with tortilla strips on top.
The food was great, but the service wasn't as good as I expected. We had the fajitas, which were yummy! We had to keep asking for refills, and by the time the server checked on us with our food for the first time, we were almost done eating.
