Didn't even get to order food. Apparently this is only online ordering. It is inside Bar Louie. They give you the option to call the order in but when you call in, the person can't place the order on their screens. Tried placing online but there are so few options that we couldn't even get a functional meal. We had kids and were looking forward to what the menu had to offer and were quite disappointed and irritated that we couldn't order our food like a normal restaurant to pick it up. They definitely have a lot to figure out for this setup. Also, keep in mind that there is absolutely no signage to show Macs & Stacks anywhere. Bar Louis is Mac & Stacks. Maybe sometime in the future we can come back. Lesson learned for now.
This is what 3$ in fries looks like. This place is overpriced and not worth it at all
They have cancelled my order numerous times after waiting hours thinking my order was being prepared and on the way. I am sick with COVID and was depending on that food. You guys should at least cancel right away so I can order something else instead of waisting hours.
They have canceled my Uber Eats orders three times now after a long delay. Huge waste of my time, if you can't make the food then don't be on the app.
