Nice service. The food came out very fast. I got the chicken Paitai, it was too sweet and the chicken was dry. I don’t know know if it was just me who ate too much but I didn’t feel very well after eating it. It was decent but I don’t think I will be coming back

Quick service, food presentation looks good, tastes good, but I think the quality of the chicken was very low. Mild indigestion later that night. If I go back, I probably won’t get the General Tao chicken again, but I’d be interested to try the ramen.

After the closing of Hong Kong Express 2 in Downtown, there has been a void in my soul.I think that Lulu's Noodles might be the cure tho. This general Tso's chicken is amazing - tangy/rich/moist/sweet and spicy. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Rice amazing, crab Rangoon also very good.10/10

Was in Oakland and was wanting some good Pai Thai from Lulu’s for take out. What I got was anything but good - it was terrible. Someone could break their teeth on the rice noodles. There three little pieces of tofu which were bland and I am being kind. The other vegetables were also limited. Are there new owners? I tried calling three different numbers listed online and the numbers we’re not available or there was a recording. I came in to order at 4:30 and there were only two other customers present. Don’t waste you time. The food is horrible

Never been before! Loved the bang bang shrimp. We had Singapore noodles and Lulu's noodles; both were delicious plates. I bet this was an awesome, lively place before the pandemic. Hope it gets back there!!!

Food was okay. The new ordering app might be pretty overwhelming for some users. Overall not amazing but not horrible.

Soul Ramen Soup was truly delicious and one of a kind. Korean BBQ Chicken wings were one of the best wings I ever had!

Chengdu Dan Dan Noodles/Bang Bang Shrimp/Spicy Dumplings/Crab Rangoon/Korean Fried Chicken Wings I finally tried this place after all these years and found it exceeded my expectations. The Bang Bang Shrimp was the highlight. The food was packaged well and was reasonably priced also. Highly recommended!

Very bland food, gave me food poisoning. The noodles and shrimp were incredibly bland and unflavorful, and I got really bad food poisoning after eating it. Maybe my fault for ordering seafood from this place, but overall would NOT recommend this place to anyone else, much better Chinese food in oakland.

The waitress was really helpful. The price for what I ordered was very reasonable! Will be back soon!
