I am very disappointed in the service I received and the quality of the food I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the driver to bring me my small pepperoni pizza and small garden salad and when it finally came here the pizza was cold with a hair in it and the ranch for the dressing was warm so I couldn't use it even though I paid extra for it I spent about $30 including a tip for food that I barely even touched and the girl that took my order wrote down the wrong address so took the driver even longer to find my apartment meaning that my hot pizza was in that car and extra half hour getting cold and I didn't want to reheat it because I knew it wasn't going to taste as good I will not be ordering from them again
Overall, the food was good. Delivery driver was very kind. I ordered an Italian hoagie without onions as I hate them, but they were still on. Also, I don’t think they put any Italian dressing on it, tasted really dry. I ordered and then tried to call them to make sure they were open and would fulfill the order (as many pizza places closed early, which led me to this company) and it goes straight to voicemail. So no communication. I did like the email saying the ETA, it came a little earlier. Ordered a small pizza with half pepperoni and sausage and half a hoagie and it was $30 which is pretty pricy, but the hoagie honestly was pretty big.
Place used to be on point. However if there is any type of special request they can't seem to rely information I ordered buffalo fries with pizza cheese had the order repeated back to me and reminded them they messed it up on my prior order and they did the same exact thing. Like come on, all I want is pizza cheese on my frys and ill pay extra for it
Pittsburgh has several pizza restaurants. I live in Mount Lebanon and my go to is Fiores, which I consider to be the best pizza in Pittsburgh.I like trying new pizza and decided to order here.........With tax, the 2 "8 cut" 1 topping pizzas came to $27.00. It was not good. At all.My kids did not like it, they ate a few bites and were done. I dunno but I expected a better product.
The guy at the front desk should take orders more appropriately. He promised us to pick up after 15 mins. When we reached there in time, he was on the phone for 10 mins to let’s us know that he didn’t place the order. We decided to order at the store but he never came back from the kitchen.
It's ok. Something feels off about it and maybe it's the cheese, but in this area it seems like this is the only place to get a pizza at 11pm so I appreciate that. I will also point out though this is my fault not theirs because I didn't read carefully enough their Greek pizza has meat. First time I've ever seen a Greek pizza with meat and no tomatoes so it was unfortunate for my vegetarian friend.
Their pizza is delicious, nice dough mix of Bakers flour and High Gluten. Anyone who has worked in the business will know what I mean. Peeve t medium thickness, perfect amount of mild slightly sweet sauce not over spiced or over gsrlucked. Perfect amount of chess without asking for extra and lots of toppings. Here in 30 minutes or leads most of the time unless they're really busy but I've never had cold good or any problems at all. The people working there are usually very friendly and polite. My only complain is now $15 minimum for delivery and they charge high for delivery and their prices are a bit high but at least you get a lot for The money. Huge hoagies with lots on them too. Good job.
Excellent local pizza shop. Delicious calzone and pizza. Also have hoagies, manicotti, lasagna, rigatoni, etc. Can't go wrong with any selection.
I really tried to give them a chance. They have messed my order up three times, and each time it was almost or over $30. Don’t get me wrong, I love their food, I just wish my order would come how I ordered it. Again, great food, my order is never right and it’s always a huge let down.
Not sure how this delicious looking pizza, wings, and Italian sub could miss the mark, but it does. #Wherestheflavor Everything was cooked perfectly but wings weren't spicy, the sub had the dressing on so it was soggy on the bottom and the Pizza... idk what it could be. A lack of spice in the sauce? A lack of spice on top? The ingredients where good, nothing was lets say "old" or out of temp. I will give them another opportunity in thee future because the foundation is there just, GIVEE IT FLAVOR! 3 out of 5. So close to a 5 out 5
