Great place. The staff is wonderful and the food is great. It is my favorite place to pick up a couple patties.

I went there last night for my first time and the pepper steak and rice was one of the best I’ve had in Pittsburgh. I’ll definitely be back tonight for a oxtail and rice and bean meal. ??

I recommend Leon’s to any and everyone!as of today I Ordered jerk chicken with rice&peas and cabbage. I also got a side of Oxtails. The cashier said it would take 5 mins, it took even less than that and whenever we received our food, it was still fresh and hot. Everything was delicious and we will be back! ?

I just want to say ever since I moved to Pittsburgh in 2016 I have never ordered food that I did not have to add seasoning to. This food is so delicious! My first time having Caribbean. The portions are big and the food is fresh and delicious. I ordered the chicken curry with mac & cheese, rice and peas and cabbage. Perfect.. Even the bread was delicious! I will definitely be ordering from here again on my next cheat day. 5 stars!

One of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. I ordered curry chicken which was okay but not good. The baked Mac had NO flavor and NO cheese in it. The cabbage was over cooked. Maybe it’s time to get an new cook. Everything that was made I could make 10 times better. This is why I barely order out or try new restaurants.

Ordering in Oxtail for the first time. I’m a Cuban from Miami used to eating random parts of pork and this brought me back in a different way. So flavorful and filling. Gonna use the bones for a broth tomorrow. Gift that keeps on giving.

Your food makes me dance as soon as I smell it LOL. I just ordered some now! Chef Ryan & his staff make magic in that kitchen...Best in the 'Burgh!!

Lots of great, authentic food. I would recommend getting extra sauce on the side with the jerk, but otherwise it's perfect. Just expect a short wait if you go during busy hours!

I'm Caribbean and new to the area. I’m ecstatic to now know where my local Jamaican spot is for my go-to jerk chicken, plantains, and Jamaican beef patties

Finally had a chance to try - I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas, and cabbage. It was SO GOOD. The chicken was falling off the bone, and it had an amazing grilled + savory spicy flavor. Will definitely be going back.
