Placed an order with onions added on to two pizzas. I received the pizzas and only one had onions, so I called to let them know. I spoke to the manager and he said “I witnessed with my own eyes they put onions on the pizza”. Well there weren’t any, so I asked for a refund for the ranch I ordered because my pizza was wrong. He said he would do some investigating and call us back. Half an hour passes and I call him and he makes some kid tell us the manager will refund $2.50 for the topping. I declined the refund, and apology would have been enough. Overall very rude experience and I am sad because we loved the food.
King crust is delicious! Thin, flavorful pizza and really good ranch dressing. I also ordered fries, and they were crispy and thick cut.
This place is amazing. The staff is always happy to see you, and it’s easily the cleanest most pleasant-looking pizza place we’ve seen in Pittsburgh.Imo their fries are a little better than their pizza, but both are very enjoyable. I always find myself eating all the fries before even starting on the pizza. They taste INCREDIBLE in the ranch.
Had an amazing party upstairs! Guests loved every bit of it! Definitely a must do!
We love King Crust! We usually order the 2 large BYOP and I always get one with veggies. Their veggies are always fresh and so delish. Hands down best pizza in the area.

Ordered a steak salad and 1hr after I ate it I became very ill throwing up for 2 hrs straight. Prior to that I was perfectly healthy not even an allergy flare up. This was 1st time i had ordered something from them that made me sick. All other 10 times the order was perfect and meals were delicious and no ill effects.
It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Definitely one of the cleanest pizza places in Pittsburgh and they have lots of seats for a great dining experience. Amazing wings and food. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
