Took my 3 kids here today, driving 45 minutes from Beaver County, and had a pretty negative experience. We were the only ones in the place, along with the owner and her daughter. Things started out fine, and my kids were enjoying playing until the owner’s daughter took all of the toys (even the ones my kids were playing with) from each of the buildings and hid them all in a bag behind the counter. My oldest came over to me, and told me that there were no toys, which the owner heard and I told her that my kids told me her daughter took them all. To her credit, she corrected her daughter and told her to share, which she then did by dumping the entire bag out on the floor and begrudgingly giving my kids a few of the nearly 50 pieces of toys that were on the floor. After that, the owner stepped outside to make a phone call and her daughter once again took all the toys from my kids, including throwing all of the stuffed animals they were playing with in the “Pet Shop” on the floor then telling my kids that they weren’t allowed to play with her toys and they should leave. Upon hearing this, I had enough. We left without an apology from the owner who was still outside on the phone, and we definitely won’t be back. We were there for only an hour.

Great coffee shop and indoor kids play spot for a random Sunday morning or birthday party! Playsets are all solidly built for maximum fun and safety!

We had my son's 2nd birthday party at Kidzville, and everything was perfect. The kids had a blast playing in all the cute play rooms, and the adults enjoyed relaxing and mingling. The owner Carly was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly to set up for the party and during the party. All of our guests had a great time, and my son was so happy. I would definitely recommend Kidzville for a birthday party or for somewhere to take your kids to play that is unique. The coffee is a great perk for the adults too!

Kids loved it! Great way if entertaining the kids without having to 'entertain' the kids! I enjoyed the coffee and a little bit if peace and adult conversation!!

Drove 45 minutes to Mt nebo location. Sign says 9-12 and we got here at 1030. Lights off, door locked, and no sign on the door saying why it's closed. Very disappointed for first time visit. Probably won't make the trip again

Absolutely do not use this place for a party venue. **As she now has read my review, she messaged my wife and told us to “go pound salt”. Very rude and unprofessional business owner. Save your money and more importantly your time. The owner did not respond to any questions for almost 10 days. No email response and had a full mailbox so you couldn’t even leave a voicemail to get a response. When we finally get ahold of her after that time of blowing us off, she was extremely rude and demeaning. Not sure how you run a small business when you treat people like that. Plus, they’re never open and their hours are always wrong and misleading… should have listened to the previous reviews. Save your money and go elsewhere before your kids are disappointed….

Absolutely adorable little spot for littles to play. Not a huge space, which makes it perfect to sit and let your child explore, and know they're safe. My 2 year old had an absolute blast running between buildings and playing with all the toys. Highly recommended, especially now in the cold weather.

Update - Call ahead to make sure they're open, but if they are this is the cutest little place for kiddos. No screens and a ton of imaginative play. Will be coming again! tried to bring our kids here so many times today.Old review - We got here at 9AM for opening and there was no one there, just a closed sign and their hours saying they should be open at 9. I checked their website and called, nothing saying they shouldn't be open and the voicemail was full. Finally checked Facebook and it said they were opening at 11. Slightly annoying but that's fine. We went to get breakfast and came back at 11:15. Still closed. No other updates. I commented on the post that said they'd open at 11 and emailed as well as called. Our kids were so excited. Ended up going to Target for an hour hoping they'd respond in the mean time so we could come over after. Still no one has responded and it still says it's closed. We really wanted to try this place out and enjoy it with the kids but their hours are not reliable.
