The Clairton Rd KFC has horrible customer service. Employees are plain ignorant. When asked for an order of 8 original chicken thighs on 1-27-22, the gentleman opened up the oven and pulled out an entire tray of thighs and yet said he could only sell us 4 and that we had to take 4 of something else. The store was empty so what did they plan to do with the remaining tray? Once they filled the order it was thrown on the counter with no indication that it was our order. When asked about our order, the girl got ignorant with her remark, turned her back and walked away. We were supposed to read her mind that it was our order she threw on the counter.These employees were plain ignorant and clearly did not want to do the jobs they were hired to do. KFC should re-evaluate these employees and remove those that are unable to satisfactorily deal with customers.
Everything was quick and easy and they got the order to me quickly the chicken and the rest it was good the price is pretty fair so I'd suggested anybody's around Kentucky fried Chicken stop in oh and get your French fries they're out of this world
Chicken was majorly overcooked. Gravy was almost black.the potaoes were watery. Will go to bethel park 1
Bad customer service, always forget my sauce too
They forget the gravy literally all the time and just give me bland plain mash potatoes. Make sure you apparently yell do not forget the gravy if you want gravy with you plain potatoes. It’s on the menu large mash potatoes and gravy I don’t know how they just give plain and forget the gravy that seems like something hard to miss.

Wanted to give 0 stars ,women there is absolutely miserable..she is at the drive thru and basically threw my oder at me.i thanked her and she just turned away..will go a little further to avoid that store
Great chicken sandwich if not the best there is. Definitely worth a try if you want to try their new chicken sandwich!
It's your standard kfc. Employees were friendly, prices are high.
