Once again, I got something different from what I asked for and this being the 3rd time in Pittsburgh - Once with online delivery service where the whole order was wrong & I was credited & two different franchise locations that did the very same thing. I can NEVER get just plain "Original" not crispy stand alone wings - instead they are always crispy and hot. I am done until I'm not!
I asked for Carolina Reaper Chicken Strips (#11) the sign said they are sold out but the clerk told me they had them. I was was given DRY strips with seasoning and no Reaper sauce. I usually literally drive to Penn Hills (30min drive) just because I felt something like this would happen if I went to this location. I’ll never come to this location again. If you don’t have it, just SAY THAT!
Workers where not very good at explaining deals through drive through i came for a kids meal or 8-piece bucket . They told me all the bucket deals where $24 ! So i went to McDonald's in Homestead.
Lashuan and Michael Literally make every customer feel like they are at home. These two people have been working for the company so long especially Michael. Whoever sees this please make sure to check for yourself because the customer service experience will say it all. And for the higher ups yeah I need to give them a raise and stop being cheap. They work too damn hard
Two weeks ago I ordered from kfc it was the worst food I had ever eaten they sold me old dry chicken . I tried desperately to get a refund but didn’t turn out well .I will never eat from the Baum blvd kfc an may never eat kfc again
I finally tried KFC new spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was dry and not very tasty. I also tried the new KFC fries, which are nicely seasoned but tasteless. Please bring back the potato wedges we're all willing to pay more for the wedges.!
This KFC has gotten my order wrong each of the 4 times I’ve been here. For example, when I ordered honey barbecue wings, they gave me plain wings with honey packets. It’d have been funny if I weren’t hangry at the time. Always double check your order here!
We pulled up to the microphone and we were told that they were closed, then as we started pulling away, we heard a voice asking for our order. Then, they were out of the chicken sandwich, only had the mini's.....It was 9pm on a Tuesday night....
Customer service is trash, they don’t know how to speak to or treat people… (both customers and delivery drivers) poor sense of time management
This KFC should probably be shut down, it's like the staff and management really don't care about how this store is running. The overall attitude is so what!!!
