We went through the drive thru and there wasn't a line and we were grateful for that. Service was polite. Only thing was it felt like they just threw the lil chicken sandwiches together with almost little to no sauce. I understand things are limited but at least make it look a little more neater because had more sauce on the foil than the sandwich. Other than that it was good and cooked on point. Getting out of the drive thru is another story because some ppl are just rude or can't drive lol.?? ????♀️??♀️
Would be 5 Stars but there isn't any dine in. I live close by, and try walking through the drive threw, it just doesn't work
I stopped going to the KFC in Homestead where I live because it always tastes like it was cooked with dirty grease and it's very salty can't even eat it so I drove over to Carrick the chicken was okay but I got the eight piece meal with two mashed potatoes they only put in one gravy so there was not enough and the chicken was four wings two breasts and two legs so there was not enough for us to eat the wings were so tiny there's usually some backs in there and it was cold and the biscuits were very hard. It's a shame I guess these places have a hard time getting competent help no one wants to work anymore.
First of all, I had to repeat my order 3 times, and then I presented a written order at the window and they still got it wrong!! Tried giving me the order for the person in front of me that pulled out of line and left, and then gave me a horrible so-called mixed bucket, which it was not, and the kicker is that I ordered extra crispy and got original recipe!! First bad experience I've ever had there!!
Dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen… girl in the drive thru was brilliant! Wouldn’t let me order in all dark meat bucket, but I could’ve just ordered it all à la cart the same… I got out of line and drove away after waiting 30 minutes… what a joke

This location does not take online order after 8. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, them it was the delivery guy called me and told me the order never got received while it showed it's ready for pickup on my app!
This food is all right. It's what you would expect out of fast food chicken. I'm 41 live lived in carrick my whole life. The problem with this place is the employees. As far back as I can remember this place has only employed rude, lazy, incompetent, miserable, unprofessional people. Whoever the manager is should be embarrassed, the place could be better ran by 10 yr olds. EVERY time I go I always have to check my bags because I'm always missing something. Is getting to the point where I would rather go to shop and save and get there a piece meal with two sides and biscuits. At least I know they can completely fill the containers of sides and you get what you pay for.
This was by far the worst KFC I've ever ordered from. I spent $55 on small dry chicken Tenders, and dry cold chicken wings. I just tried these the other day at the Westview KFC and they were so good so I thought I would order both again. NOT even close horrible and they won't answer the phone to voice my complaint. If I could do no stars I would! This KFC is horrible. I've attached pictures of the Chicken Tenders I tore one in half and you can see how dry that chicken is. $20 for that box of little dried up chicken tenders!
