Was here at 7:30pm on a Wednesday. Doors were locked. I went through the drive-thru, and the girl said "sorry, we're not taking any orders right now." I asked why and she wouldn't answer and just repeated that they weren't taking orders now and maybe they would "at like 8."Either understaffed or lazy, neither of which is a good reason to just decide not to take orders at prime dinner time.

My boss ordered me 3 piece tender meal and a large coleslaw. The Pepsi was warm and flat, The fries were cold, the 3 pieces of chicken looked more like bite size pieces. On top of that they didn't even put the coleslaw in the bag. When my boss went back to get it and to let them know about the meal the young man was ignorant with her and stated she should have said something instead of leaving and then coming back. He refused to give the coleslaw and give a new Pepsi.

Got 12 wings 3 of which were the tip of the wing the inedible piece and 5 had the bones so smashed inside the wings themselves couldn't be consumed other than that the people were awesome and everything else was perfect the no cash thing was a bit annoying but whatever

The food was good, line was fast and dudes beard was awesome!

The beyond chicken and the fries were delicious and hot. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend.

Wings were rushed and soggy

These people are extremely rude. Whoever is taking the drive through orders was literaly aggressive with me about my order. Really disappointing the service has gotten so bad. Never coming back.

Placed an order online go to pick it up only to be told they know nothing about it, that the location is closed. And have the drive thru sliding window closed on me. Want my $$$ back and this resolved.

Really love this place and it's usual staff however the place has been severely understaffed as of late so it leads to a closed dining room, a backed up long wait time, and 9/10 times multiple things missing from your meal wherein they redirect you to go back through the line if so. While I love KFC, I'd highly recommend avoiding this one for a while until they can begin hiring more people.
