The beer selection was wonderful as was the French dip I had. The chef was also very nice and checked in on all the tables. The service was fast and the food was all made per order. Nice fresh food and a good experience overall. The outdoor dining area was also a nice way to enjoy the weather.
This place has the best food (get the Mac and cheese) I've eaten at a restaurant/bar, and I've been to a lot of them. No TVs, no frills, and bathrooms covered in stickers and marker writing. It's definitely a dive, but it's a class act at the same time. Beer prices are regular and the staff are awesome
Great place to go for lunch or a late evening snack and a cocktail. Would highly recommend getting their mac and cheese it is the best! Staff is always super friendly as well.
LOVE this place. Just the right amount of everything. Great food, atmosphere, service. Makes me happy the moment I walk up to the neon signs and pull the door(s) open.

Perfect little booths to sit down in, after a long day at work. The lighting is low and calm, and the music is low so you can actually hear the people you’re sitting with! Too many places are too loud and I don’t want to scream to my friends. The food is fantastic, and the drinks are great too.
The Burgh ambient Monday night place (most eateries in the Burgh are closed Monday nights) for a date or casual dinner with friends. Visitors get a real flavor of Pittsburgh here. The casual food was tasty and again wonderful sampling of Pittsburgh's flavor and vibe. Loved my Kielbasa and kraut platter. The best I've tasted anywhere.
This is a fantastic bar. Great food. Good beer selection. They're known for their excellent mac-n-cheese. (Have them add bacon to it!) It's very dark which gives it a unique ambiance. The service is good. They have a little outdoor patio in back (you need to go through the bar to get there). Don't be scared off by the antique sign above the door or the renovation going on currently.
Such a cool atmosphere, and really friendly staff! Had a really nice time there on my 21st. Proof of vaccination is required upon entry, so be sure to have that ready.
