The only good food items you will find tasty are their biriyani rice and kabab items. All other items are bland tasting. Chicken Tikka masala is bland, no flavor and almost no salt, vegetable items are not restaurant like, samosas taste weird; most items I had other than kababs were like home cooked with only basic ingredients for the high BP patient not allowed to have salt! They are EXPENSIVE too! Don't get fooled by their big container, the amount will be the same! Taj Mahal restaurant at the opposite sells chiken Tikka masala for $12.99 and they are selling it for $17!!! Now go figure! This place is downright ripoff!

I was looking for a really good dinner option, and totally forgot that almost everything is closed on Easter Sunday in Pittsburgh. I ended up just driving down McKnight to see what was actually open, and was excited to see that Kabab King was open and there were lots of cars outside! I had always wanted to try the restaurant so I was eager to stop in.Little did I know that I would be crashing a family's birthday party during Ramadan. The staff was so nice and seated me, and one of the dads from the party came over and sat with me, and I even got to join in on the birthday buffet. It ended up being such an amazing experience. The staff at the restaurant is so incredibly nice, The food is phenomenal, and I couldn't believe someone would be so outgoing and nice, offering to sit with me and talk to me even though I was clearly not part of the party.I can't recommend this place enough, and I'm excited to go back again!!

Wow! Amazing food. Stellar service- unbelievably friendly, attentive and fast. A truly wonderful experience dining in. Their take out is fabulous as well! I highly recommend checking this place out! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! Will definitely continue enjoying their food for years to come!

In the past year, I have purchased food from Kabab King, an Indian and Pakistani restaurant, for delivery, takeout, and eating inside the restaurant. Many dishes contain meat such as chicken, lamb, and goat, but some vegetable appetizers and entrees are available. Prices are reasonable. The food tastes very good. One suggestion is the for employee to automatically bring utensils and drink refills.

Been to this restaurant for take out of their Kabab and this being my 4th visit . I have to say it is one of my favorite places to go to get Sheekh Kabob . The host Tania is just awesome getting the order right while being pleasant. Come advice for the restaurant is ambiance- they need to work on their store decorations to create an atmosphere and soothing music in the background would help

Not great buffet options. No appetizers at all. I would say go with less expectations and do not compare this with other great Indian restaurants in Pittsburgh. Too much oil in everything, rice pudding is amazing. Very clean ambience but they should add more to their buffet to stay competitive and for the price we are paying. Overall, disappointed and i wouldnt recommend this place who wants to eat spicy and try variety of food items.

Wow! The entire experience was wonderful. The weekend buffet was delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was beautifully displayed. The service was also friendly. Looking forward to returning soon!

Ordered their family platter ($65). It's worth the price if you are interested to try a bit of everything. It had tandoori chicken, salmon fish, kabobs with rice and salad. I am a big fan of Kabab king in Jackon Heights, NY and this one in Pittsburgh did not disappoint. Food was fresh. My wife and kids ordered lassi but it was too watery. One server was taking care of the whole restaurant so had to get up and get things myself (napkin, water, utensils etc.). We were on our way to Virginia and it was a good stop, enjoyed the meal.

Came here for lunch today and had the best Chili Chicken I’ve ever had. Spicy level was just right abs the flavor was awesome. That waitress is super nice and attentive which only adds the experience.GREAT PLACE!! Best food on McKnight

Amazing place and very yummy food. The samosa chat was the best!!! And we also had chicken biryani, chicken makhani, and chicken seekh kabab and all of them were soooo yummy!! Highly recommend this restaurant.
