Ok, so y'all know I'm from the 206, west coast!! So I am a Seafood critic!! Cause WE have the BEST seafood in the country! I'm a give this place 3 stars. The seasoning is what took me! BOMB! But the portions for the price...awe a total rip off! I mean skinny snow crab, small dungeoness crab, 1 sausage, a few potatoes an corn for almost 50.00??? GTFOH!! Y'all see the picture!! But it was good though.

I was treating my friend for lunch and her 1st time at Joe's Crab Shack. I didn't Iike how the Host walked right by us at the door (Restaurant empty) without speaking to us as we waited to be seated, then he doubled back to his stand and said table for 2(Really). Then he seated us right across from the bus boy/waitress stand and the dining area was empty. I said we don't want to sit here can we sit somewhere else, he said sit where you want and walked away, didn't walk us to our table or nothing, just rude. our food was excellent and so was our waitress. On our way out I did share the rudeness of the Host with our Waitress and asked her to please share it with her manager. I hope she did. The Host was at his stand when leaving and still no thank you ladies for coming, did you enjoy your meal, have a nice day nothing. I work in Station Square and I do a lot of take out with Joe's but my dine was very disappointing. Had to share.

Rode my bicycle to Station Square from Erie (144 miles). I had never been to Joe's Crab Shack before. The waitress was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. Her recommendation of an ice cold Voodoo Ranger hit the spot after a long bike ride. The tall mug has ice on it which was perfect! The food came out promptly even for a busy Friday evening. The food was hot and has great flavor. We had a great experience to Joe's Crab Shack.

The food here was amazing. This is my first time dining here, and the experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10, definitely would come back again.

Horrible service. This is my first time getting their food. It’s my birthday and I decided to try here. This is all I wanted. I got home which is a 45 minute drive to get home from there and open this foul food. I had it in a heat bag. That is besides the point I didn’t even get a whole cluster of my queen crab legs. Honestly they look like snow crab. I called to be told “there’s nothing we can do about that and no you can’t talk to the manager”. I had such high expectations for this place. Red lobster is literally better. And that’s a shock. Horrible all around.

I ate here tonight for the first time in years after seeing a recent commercial. I had Joe's original steam pot. It was TERRIBLE. The quality of the food has gone down exponentially. My bill was $67 and it was a horrible waste. Never again. The only thing I enjoyed was the beer....and they didn't make that.

Went here on Saturday. Made a special trip to Pittsburgh so we could have some good seafood. Our waitress was so very friendly!! We started with the crab dip and it was amazing. Writing this review 3 days later, it’s making my mouth water! My husband got queen crab boil with an extra queen cluster, I got snow crab boil & our son got the shrimp sampler. The shrimp sampler was good. My crab was amazing. The potatoes & corn I got in mine were okay… but my husbands was better because his boil had sausage in it as well & it was such good sausage! Husband said the queen crab wasn’t worth the price difference in the snow crab. We spent around $180 for three dinners, an appetizer & 3 drinks. The stand out for me- the sausage & the crab dip by far.

We ate dinner there on a Saturday evening during March Madness. The place was very crowded but the food and service were great. So glad we called ahead and made reservations. If not, the wait time was long, and we may have been delayed by about an hour. Instead, we were seated immediately. The Calamari appetizer was very good. The food was served hot and quick, considering how crowded they were.I would recommend this place and will eat there again in the future.

We stopped in at Joe's crab shack in Station Square today April 2, 2022 around 5:30 pm. We were seated after a small wait. It took the server 15 minutes just to come to the table. By that time we were ready to order. So, we ordered everything at once. It took her another 15 minutes to bring us our drinks. We got our 2 appetizers for 3 people. No side plates. I got up and had to finally go get them from another server. We get our meals. Mine is wrong. Didn't receive any corn. Which came with it. My fries weren't cooked. Still a little frozen in the middle. I sent them back and told the server about the corn. By the end of the meal I still never received my corn or a new order of fries. She sent the manager over. He said that he would take stuff off the bill. That didnt happen. My friend and her daughter Didn't receive the hush puppies they ordered. The server went to pick up empty stuff from the table. Spilled my butter all down my leg and on my brand new White shoes. So, by the end of the visit. I was charged $140.00 for the wrong order that wasn't even complete, a togo order, ruined shoes and pants. It's a shame because I really did like the Place. Now I'm not sure I'll ever be back.

Food was good but expensive. 9 dollars for a glass of wine and it was not even filled up. Blue Hawaiian drink was good . Got a bowl of soup a side of grilled shrimp and Shrimp Alfredo with not enough shrimp. The Bill was over 50 dollars.
